General Cultivation Q&A

I have a single plant that I grew in a cupboard for a long time it grew slow because of bad lighting. I decided to just turn it by putting it outside, it’s Now producing buds but still very slow, I think all of this has made it turn hermie as I can see seed pods developing, the buds are still not fully mature yet, should I let it keep growing or pull it now, what would be the best way to still get the most out of it. It's been cloudy and raining quite frequently around here lately and my plants are on an inch or two tall, still only got their first two leaves and about to drop their cotyledons. They seem to be growing slower than normal though. The sun will eventually come out regularly and it will hot as f**k but what I've decided to do is buy a couple of 130W CFLs and cupboard them with reflective film during the dark hours and put them on the balcony in the sun during the day. I reckon with some LST I could get away with this for around 2 months, maybe a bit longer. By then it will be the start of Summer and we all know how hot it gets by then. I have experience growing other flowers, and I am enjoying reading and learning a lot. My plan is to put two 600 Watt LED panels (I am confident in my choice; I understand the HPS system, but it won't work for me in terms of initial cost, upgrading is an option down the road) in a 1.5 x 1.5 x 2.0 tent. Stupid question but does the bottom of your pot need to be higher than the top of your waste catchment container? So with my pots on foam blocks the drain hole is still slightly lower than the top of my drain catchment, I'm assuming the pots will not drain if this is the case correct? I'm thinking I Might Have to put some holes in the side of the container to put the hoses through so its lower.

Hey im curious to how you would position 3 plants for a scrog in a 5 x 5 tent? I was going to do 4 wich would have been easy set them up in a square, but one of the clones didn't make the trip home so now im going to do 3. I feel if I did a triangle the side with only 1 plant would fill the screen evenly

My plants have just started flowering. I discovered 1 was male so I've chucked him outside well away from the others for the time being. Funnily enough he looks to be LOVING it outdoors with the leaves reaching for the sky. My girls are still going ok but not like old mate in the pure sunshine. So, is it wise to move my girls outdoors (obviously not near my horny boy) or should I leave them indoors as they are?
