no, while shopping on High Tech Vapes for the Splinter, I went to the S&B Crafty/Mighty section to pick up a service kit for my Mighty and saw they had the bubbler attachment, lack of self discipline made me add that to my shopping cart along with the stand for the Mighty.

HTV has this one, which is similar to the one I got for my Mighty, but don't think the one for the Mighty can be used as it has the bottom boot to attach to bowl of the Mighty. Here is the link for the RBT Splinter/Milaana

Put your packed screen into the bottom of the 14mm male fitting, fill to appropriate level with water in the tube, heat and intake from top of tube. I think Sneaky Pete has a demo video on youtube
