 No you need a carbon filter for the smell no way round it.

 

Checked it. It looks like it does have the carbon filter and even better looks like it won't be too expensive in electricity

No carbon filter I can see....that inline fan is no good for a carbon filter either....you need a centrifugal fan for carbon filters

Buy a cheap tent fan and filter , from eBay , then buy a good light and ballast - that should come in under your budget

 

Don’t buy the whole kit with there shitty lights ,

No i dont think they have a carbon filter i think its just a mesh like thing to keep out dust from entering the unit.

 

And why are you watching a toilet on tv or have you got a security camera in the dunny
