Scam Alert - Aussie Medicinal Seed & Don Medicinal Cannabis

Looks like another medical cannabis scam is making the rounds on Facebook...

aka SCAMMER ALERT

 

“Don Medicinal Cannabis” is changing his spots and has begun to specialize in "Medical Cannabis Seeds". 

 

DO NOT trust Don Medicinal Cannabis nor Aussie Medicinal Seed Co... as they appear to be one in the same person/company.

 "the Don" has a reputation (on Facebook) for inferior products and not delivering what he promises (taking money and not sending products), he is in the medical canna business for money, zero compassion in his business plan.

 

 If by chance these two 'companies' are not both being run by "the Don", then Aussie Medicinal Seed Co is steeling photos, and that is crap/un-ethical business practice.

 

The post by Aussie Medicinal Seed Co has been taken down already, got to love a screen grab (however crappy it may be)!

now let me be able to say my story my im the guy who don ranted on about my name is rambo rod aka the name don dropped like the dog he is

i used to work for him and i used to sell seeds etc but i no longer work for don because i used to go to his house in kirribilli and i used to listen to him argue with old grannies over the phone who had cancer and ask them when they were going to pay because he had an outstanding debt because he sent oil to them and they never paid now i know don was doing whatever he could to sell his oil that was made by a guy named (name removed by moderators) from kyogle

he met him in nimbin now i sold don pounds at 4200 because i saw how much he was ripping people off so i raised the price on him

now after the fact i felt that things were moving along too fast and the way don was so publicly ripping people off and scamming people i decided to cut ties i moved from my location and set up shop else where now im still doing what i do and that breeding plants and don is ripping people off soon i found out that he and (name removed by moderators) got done by the cops i was glad because of his karma i decided to stop growing and stop everything now i just buy seeds for me from the usual places herbies etc

and i sit back and watch don drop my name all over the internet so yeah don recently gor caught in taree with 200 grams of oil and is blaming me for this because he tested positive to a saliva test and didnt think that the oil that he takes would come up in his system im no dog im just some one who was trying to make money selling seeds then decided to sell only to don now i cut ties from him and sit back and watch him talk shit about me all over the net i dont care about him i believe karma will get him and i hope he goes down in the district court in lismore have fun don you fuckwit your gonna get all thats coming to you and more and i hope your still not bashing your poor wife (name removed by moderators) your a dog mate straight up

Those Chronic Fatigue Syndrome seeds are allegedly (I say allegedly as the breeder name isn't mentioned, wonder why???) Sensi's Northern Lights #5 x Haze, in regular, which come in at $225 for 10, so the price gouging on that one isn't as bad as a lot of the other beans for sale.  However, how do we know they are that strain?

 

But more to the point, is aligning it with CFS.  Sorry Don, but you're full of shit, and definitely preying on the desperate with that one, and I'm saying that as someone who has been dealing with that condition for 20 years.  Does cannabis help with treating CFS, yes it does in some ways and to varying degrees.  Is that the strain likely to get the best medicinal results for CFS, not even fucking close.  You can try and claim that the uplifting effects of the sativa (Haze) in the genetic mix will give energy boosts and liven patients up if you want, but that will be bullshit and show just how ignorant of the condition you are.  Not only does it not work that way, and not only is "being a bit tired" a completely wrong preconception people have about what CFS is, but the racier sativa buzz is actually counter productive for the condition and can actually make patients feel worse.  This will not necessarilly be the case for all CFS patients as all of us have symptoms which vary from day to day, and individual to individual, but in my case I find that even hybrids with a 50/50 indica/sativa mix can cause me problems, particularly on a bad day.  What we need is sedation, relaxation, and pain relief, deep into the body, these things are best achieved with heavy indicas. So if you had of tried to apply that label to straight Northern Lights it may have had some credibility, but it would still be preying on the vulnerable.  As an aside for anyone else with CFS, I'll be doing a smoke report on Sensi's straight Northern Lights medicinal effects in a couple of months, and if I was to supply any of the seeds from that plant to a medicinal patient I would be doing it free of any charge, including postage (please do not contact me through this site asking for seeds as I will say no due to site rules).  As far as I'm concerned The Don can join the incredibly long conga line of predatory bastards trying to cash in on CFS sufferers, and every single one of them have been shown to be scammers.

 

All of the seed prices on that site are ridiculously high though, and completely unjustifiable.  And attaching health conditions to some of them is predatory and shameful.  And that is how a thread like this got started, and the fact that these sorts of issues have not been addressed by the Don Brigade only seems to justify the existence of this thread.

he gets it sent to his address then puts bulshit labels on them and sells them hoping for people to buy them hes a fucking dog i hope they see when he goes to court he will have the book thrown at him and see hes involved in organised crime and seen as a drug trafficker as he boasts that he has 1000 clients he provides with watered down oil mixed with hemp seed oil his oil is inferior

All i came up with in response to ur quiery  as to the whereabouts of my free cannabis oil. I'm ur avg guy but if u think i can t rustle up some free cannabis some iso and all the trimmings to give to people in real need what they NEED then u are mistaken. You publicly admit to being involved in the same 'criminal syndicate' and you are as guilty as he is for the exact same thing.. And if you think $4200 is ok a LB when you knew it was going to sick people you are tripping. You're as guilty as Don is so don't pretend you care now. Don himself says different (read his post above) so not sure where your coming from RedBaton? He claims to have no connection NOW but who knows whats true?. Don makes a lot of claims and says a lot that is questionable imo.

Don himself most certainly does not say this. Re-read his post. He strongly denies the defamatory allegation, that has been stickied on this forum of lies for who knows how long.

 

Yes it is when it is done illegally by a business involving contracted growers etc. are you saying the law sees it differently in Australia at present? Your understanding of the law must be very limited if you do?

 

Again: I had to double-check the URL to make sure I'm in a cannabis forum, and check your user profile to make sure you're a moderator of said forum when you used the anti-cannabis talking point, "organized crime", to describe a business selling medicinal cannabis to sick patients. There's something seriously wrong with using this kind of demonizing rhetoric about someone working hard to legitimize medicinal cannabis.

 

1. He has been in the media plugging his own business and advocating for a license so he can sell cannabis legally is all I've seen. That's very different to 'advocating for legalization'.

 

2. Yes he has operated a medicinal cannabis dispensary in the open, thus challenging the laws and creating conversation around legalization in the Aussie media and this is a good thing he has done and much respect due imo. It's just a shame he has tainted it with exorbitant prices or I think you would find he would be getting more support him rather than the derision he is getting atm instead..

 

3. He has constantly been in contact with legislators to lobby for a license so he can sell cannabis legally, be honest RedBaton. That's very different to 'advocating for legalization'.

 

I'm not interested in splitting hairs over whether arguing for the law to change so that people like him can sell cannabis with a license is lobbying for legalization. If you want to be intellectually dishonest and not give him credit for his contributions to the cannabis legalization movement, that's your prerogative.

 

As for "exorbitant prices", I'll repeat what I told the other person making this claim:

 

 I don't know if you've ever taken economics, but when a product is illegal, its price is artificially inflated. That is why it costs as much as it does for a mL of medicinal cannabis oil. This is not some evil conspiracy by Don Medicinal Cannabis. This is the consequence of supply being artificially limited by laws against cannabis. Those same laws that Don is working so hard to have overturned, so that the price of cannabis plummets.

 

 

 

I think I've made my point. I don't want to continue contributing to this thread if even the moderators are not willing to debate in good faith, and making absurd allegations like "price gouging" when a provider sells a very expensive to produce product (due to prohibition) at the going market rate.

 

If you have any sense of ethics, I would also recommend you talk to the other moderator, who created this thread, and ask them to edit the first post with makes the defamatory accusation that the Don Medicinal Cannabis is the same as Aussie Medicinal Seeds Co.

 

This will likely be my last post here for a good while, so enjoy getting the last word.
