Help Needed - Fibromyalgia
Hi folks, I'm new here and just wanted to find out if any of you suffer with Fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and have treated it with weed. I was a smoker back in the day but have not used any in probably 28 years. I'm in pain daily and often it is 24/7, I kid you not. I can get all the pain killers known to man through the doctor but they come with unneeded or wanted side effects. So I am at the point where I am going to take my pain managment into my own hands by growing some weed that will help. I found an Australian place to buy seed, it called Marijuana by Robert Bergman, probably many of you would have heard of this place. Anyway, on their list for medica…

WA Premier
Hey guys, this my first post so go easy on me. I saw this on the news last night and find it quite amazing that the WA Premier said that "he had thought it bizarre to see sick people charged with smoking cannabis," and that he "will chair a meeting with medical leaders next month to encourage them to prescribe cannabis to people suffering from debilitating and painful illnesses or terminal diseases." But there are still no doctors who are ready to prescribe the medication, which is available in our state. Thoughts? http://www.perthnow.com.au/news/western-australia/wa-premier-mark-mcgowan-to-discuss-medicinal-cannabis-with-medical-leaders/news-story/cdde25d3fd85428…

Medical Cannabis Documentary
Hey guys, I'm a film student at JMC Academy in Sydney, and for our major assessment this year, we have to produce a documentary. I'm investigating the current political situation surrounding medical marijuana, and I'm looking for a first-hand account from someone who uses cannabis for medicinal reasons. This could be anything from epilepsy, chronic pain, PTSD, to things as simple as headaches, nausea or insomnia. Whatever reason you use cannabis medically, it doesn't have to fit within the bounds of the new Medical Cannabis Law, just as long as you rely on it for a particular medical reason. If you are uncomfortable being on camera, or wish to keep your identity hidde…

applying medical cannabis to skin as a cream or as a patch
I recall reading that patients typically find they need only ⅓ as much cannabis product when it is absorbed through the skin compared to when it is taken orally. With cannabis oil today being worth more than gold, gram for gram, this deserves a closer look. Application to the skin means that it can enter the blood stream directly and escape being broken down in the stomach. The world-wide clamp-down on long-term opiate use is leaving untold numbers of chronic pain sufferers in desperate straits. With medical cannabis having so much to offer, I'm tipping that it may well be that as a topical pain medication that cannabis gains acceptance as a general pharmaceutical. T…

Experience with CBD oil providers in AU
I'm from NZ originally. Dad got cancer so I managed to track someone down over there to help with some CDB oil. Helped a lot with the pain without making him a zombie like the Oxy/Morhpine etc did I live in SYD now and he's visiting AU later in the year but obviously can't bring his supply with him I googled around and found quite a few web retailers here selling CBD oil online. All legit apparently. Anyone had experience / care to share experience? I actually have a bit of an infection that CBD can supposedly help with so am interested for my own sake as well as for Dad
