I wanted to post this in a new thread so that it gets attention, (the real thread is like a road sign, people ignore it if they have read it) What happened in 2007 in relation to Cannabis. There would have to be a bit about Mark Emery, surely. He has done a lot to promote our cause, whether you believe he did more damage than good is irrelavent, he still caused a stir and must be included IMO. Can anyone think of anything else that should be included, in the update?? If so please reply. Also, who has the ability to be able to write it so that it fits in with the original writings? AlFish or Al.B.Fuct maybe??

A good friend and I wish to find a range of weather proof imitation cannabis plants that I can buy and put into pots, These I want to place in my yard, shuffle around, water visible to all, hoping that every busybody who can, reports me to the police, and they waste time and resources investigating all the reports. They keep hassleing me, time I give it back. If I can convince anyone else to help by sticking a fake plant outside PLEASE DO! But mainly I need high quality, all stages of development, imitation cannabis plant supplier, and the net has not been real helpful. Sorry about the edit he wants …

Cannabis and Driving: A Scientific and Rational Review By Paul Armentano Policy debates regarding marijuana law reform invariably beg the question: "How does society address concerns regarding pot use and driving?" The subject is worthy of serious discussion. NORML’s Board of Directors addressed this issue by ratifying a “no driving” clause to the organization’s “Principles of Responsible Cannabis Use”1 stating, “Although cannabis is said by most experts to be safer with motorists than alcohol and many prescription drugs, responsible cannabis consumers never operate motor vehicles in an impaired condition.” Nevertheless, questions remain regarding the degree to…

Although I didn't vote, I am glad that Mr Howard has been thrown out. Don't forget Mr Howard to take that old fat Bitch Bronwyn Bishop with you, on your way out the door. Although nothing much will change, at least that fat bitch is taken out of the equation. Crristopher Pyne, fuck off. Peter Costello, fuck off. Bronwyn Bishop, Fuck off. Tony Abbot, Fuck off. John Howard, Fuck off. Australia has spoken.

Hi I've been looking around for the penalties for growing or possessing in NSW and found this ,,, New South Wales Supply and cultivation: $500,000 fine or up to 20 years' prison Use/possession: $2000 fine or up to 2 years' prison Police enforcement policy NSW police guidelines recommends caution to people in possession of 15g or less of cannabis, or who are using cannabis. Max number of cautions: 2 This explains any shortage in NSW ,,since this came into effect nothing is consistent in Sydney and probably over most the state ..........

Before we all get too bothered about roadside drug tests have a look at these figures. There the first two years testing in Vic. 24,413 drivers were tested. 321 tested positive for methamphetamine. 105 for both meth and cannabis. 35 for cannabis alone. 35 from 24213. I believe these figures prove they are only looking for intoxicated drivers. If that isn't the case I presume most of the cannabis produced in OZ is going straight to the rubbish tip. Think about it. Two years figures remember.

This query is about testing for THC in saliva. I have read where around 4 hours after use THC wont be detected in a saliva test. I wonder how much truth is in this statement? If the genuine aim is to detect only impaired drivers then I hope that after 4-6 hours any cannabis user would test negative. If cannabis was smoked say between 10 and 11pm at night is it likely you are safe to drive at 7am the next morning. Any thoughts would be appreciated. BTW I'm in Qld where roadside testing started today; Dec 1. I heard on the news that one in twelve are testing positive in early results. It wasn't stated what they were testing positive to.

Hi, I've been smoking the stuff for 26 years, I'm an artist, sure I could draw before as well, but I have to admit that after this long, I am addicted. I draw pictures, make and invent things that most people are amazed by. In the small-ish community I live in, I've become very useful, well liked and relied upon. I've just lived through the most frustrating week of my life (and believe me I've been through some stuff), smoking calms my nerves and switches off the daily dramas so that I can make what I'm doing work. I've never been involved in an accident, have evaded heaps that weren't my fault except one, and what can you do when you're waiting at the stop sign and the…

Here is a proforma that will hopefully be hitting some circles in the medical community in the coming months. Take a copy, change/add to it if you want, and hit up your Doc and see what they say.

2007 national labor platform and constitution http://www.alp.org.au/download/2007_national_platform.pdf Chapter 12 is the one that we would be interested in, which can be found on this page http://www.alp.org.au/platform/chapter_12.php Here are my thoughts on a few of them. <1> Labor believes that a fundamental objective of government is to work with the community to provide greater security for all Australians and their families. To achieve this, the objectives of the criminal law should be to: * prevent crime; * protect the personal safety and property of all Australians; ---------- OK, decriminalize drugs and regulate them and give proper supp…

Hey M8's, I've been looking at this guy over the last few days and I think I want to marry him. OK he's a U.S. guy and all that but he's in the running for the top job in next years election. Here's his policy on drugs: http://www.ontheissues.org/TX/Ron_Paul_Drugs.htm Also, there's tons of GREAT clips on you tube featuring this guy and despite the fact that he's going against the corrupt politics of the U.S. he's gaining a LOT of popularity, check him out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-GX-bPyPBlY I wonder how a party based on those principles would go here? Popularity-wise I mean.
