https://www.hydroexperts.com.au/house-garden-soil-starter-kit Anyone have used this for their grow? I’ve been using Canna Bio line for my previous grow. Thinking about changing to this for my next one. Any input would be helpful. Cheers. [emoji5] Posted from the OZ Stoners mobile app

Okay pH was fine (6-7) Then one day after a feed it dropped to 5. I tried to flush with pH Neutral water to no avail this actually lowered my reading AGAIN after i have been told to flush to reset pH etc. Went out and bought manutec pH raise, applied a small amount to around 9L of water and now my pH is sitting at a consistent 3 and im half way through flowering and fucking worried. Im very broke and looking for some constructive answers/opinions. My grow was started late september its in its second and final pot (been told to transplant but im not doing it im way too inexperienced don't want to kill plant so late) old fan leaves are turning yellow quickly with rust spo…

Bunnings nutrients 1 2 3

Hi Iam a first time indoor grower and having good results so far using Canna products. Iam growing in Canna Terra and using the run to waste set up. the only down side of this is that the Canna nutrients are very expensive. The other day while shopping at Bunnings I came across the hydroponic nutrient section and had a look at some of products from Manutec. The low cost was the first thing that got me wondering if the nutrients would be any good for weed. For example a one litre of cannazym cost around $80.00 and one litre of Manutec organic plus is $13.00 . Wondering if anyone has used Manutec products for good results or any other info would be appreciated Thanks Darkie

Besides adding ph down and using nutes (AN ph perfect etc) how do you go about reducing the pH of your mix when tap water comes out somewhere about pH 8? I'm finding the first 2 days it creeps up slowly until it settles. I have a pump mixing 24x7 giving a type of waterfall effect which I've heard helps. Any other methods to help stabilise ph a bit quicker? Cheers, MLG Posted from the OZ Stoners mobile app

i have used clay balls in alot of grows with current setup.I have large dark brown clay balls(bag is not named.I hav bags of other clay balls that are smaller and hold more moisture.Still i see benifits in using both.Though to small seems to fall apart easier.About to buy more and might use a little of both but if i could find a name for larger dark brown ones i would be happy. The smaller ones are definitely the more common.Anyone out there been here and able to give me advice.I think larger ones may get to 20 or 22mm and weigh a fraction when dry or wet.

So today after browsing the internet I found med tek, and found out it's done by g.lowe author of integral hydroponics and the manicbotanicx site which has been completely overhauled since I last visited with even more information. https://manicbotanix.com/author/manixglow/ it is where I was able to read so much information and learn so much about coco, as well as common PGR's used the good and the bad and a whole lot more. Anyway anyone tried his nutes out since they have been released in AUS? At the moment I will probably be supporting him simply because of the information he supplied prior to selling these nutes, and the information he gives about the products, spec…

Got a question for you guys that have been doin it a while. According to the place I get a lot of my nutes from, they say to use stop grow in approx 2 weeks in to bloom period. The idea is that it is sposed to push all the "energy" into the flowering. Does anyone have any ideas on this at all? Your input is greatly appreciated..

Hey all ……...im tired of all the different , nutes & additives & mixing for coco , with mixed results , so its time for a side by side with a soil & coco, my intention , is to use the same size pots & strain (inside), & have been researching what soil to use , knowing very little about soil , but wanting to keep it as simple as possible , Canna Terra pro seems to stand out , & from what I can work out , you only need the canna terra for veg , then the canna flores for flower, that sounds easy,is this correct ?? no mixing a+b Im not interested in the regular potting mixes , as there all full of b…

Hey I've just started a perlite grow besides the seeds are in rockwool to start, I'm sure other people have used 100% perlite and I'm wondering what I should look out for? Also pros and cons of adding coco would be appreciated but I'll probably still go with the perlite this time around. I'm using a 2 pot autopot system which I'll add airstones to the base of the pots to help with oxygen etc, I'm using growth technology optimum part A+B nutes plus seasol seaweed concentrate (3ml into 20l seasol so far, no gt) They are under a 2ft single t8 24/7 atm but will end up under a 400w hps in a few weeks. Ph is 5.2 Have an older extracting fan but will get a better one asap. Also …

i just had some supplies delivered from the hydro shop i buy from and in the box was the usual copy of maximum yeild magazine( with a rather hot looking chickie on the front this month....).. there was an add in there for an organic additive called liquid lead.. obviously they give a great write, but you cant really go by what the company/seller says, they never tell you bad points, they want your money... so iwas just wondering if any1s used it and what they thought of it.. the add for it says it is: a unique blend of organic enzyme activators, vitamins and essential amino acids and carbohydrates that will unleash the full flowering potentia lof your favorite plan…

I have transplanted most of my crappy plants to coco and perlite. People that use it, what would be some good 2 part nutes? I have been looking at the canna coco a and b, and the house and garden stuff of the same type, called Cocos. Next grow will go with a proper bag of canna coco and perlite mix. This clusterfunk is all about learning, and temps. Also anything else I should look at grabbing?

Hey all, I’m going to switch back to hydro from soil shortly and read about a product that was a great alternative to growool. Now I’m fucked if I can find it again!!?? Apparently it works in the same systems but was cheaper. I remember it looked kind of white like perlite or vermiculite but it was something all together different?? Any ideas what it was? I even looked on eBay at the time and found suppliers and remember it was a lot cheaper than Rockwool too.
