Stop grow in bloom?

Recommended Posts

Got a question for you guys that have been doin it a while. According to the place I get a lot of my nutes from, they say to use stop grow in approx 2 weeks in to bloom period. The idea is that it is sposed to push all the "energy" into the flowering.

Does anyone have any ideas on this at all?

Your input is greatly appreciated..

Usually, if your nutes have a "grow" formula, there is also a "bloom" formula too. Typically the plants keep growing in height for a few weeks after light flip to 12/12. Some people use grow during those couple weeks, some switch to bloom at flip. I've only done a few grows and used grow for 2wks, then switched to bloom. But each nutrient line has it's own schedule and it's a good starting point.... Follow the rules, until you've got enough experience to experiment. I'm still in that stage myself!
