Cannabis Troubleshooting

I have a 4 plants budding atm under 2X 400 W hps's............ Now, i also have a plant in a cupboard that is flowering under a 250 W hps. The plant in the cupboard is named Felix. dunno if anyone remembers but i had major probs with this plant when it was a baby, i got the seed outa some wicked gear i got from Coffs harbour. anyway.... Since i have my other monster plants going really well under the 400's i havnt worried to much about Felix. shit like...... she's gone 4 days with NO light at all. hasnt been watered for 3 weeks blah blah blah. but she's still alive AND! she is smelling like MANGO! fuked if i know how but it is. now my prob. I think I have murdered my G13 clone, Only one problem i now have is one of the NEW 4 clones i have well when unpackaging it from the post I snapped the clone right off from the rockwool, I put it back together and put a piece of tape around the broken bit, worked well still growing good and didnt even droop, BUT I get up this morning and the Mrs tells me oops I think I killed your plant last night, she had bumped it and the top fell off and by the time I woke it was dry, I have left the rockcube in my unit with this 1/2 cm stalk, I covered it with that black/white plastic to keep the light off it, Do you think it may live?? or is it rooted?? it has a strong white root s…

G'day dudes: I've got three strains, all the same age. Pretty old plants (~ 5 months). One Indica/Sativa hybrid One Pure sativa One pure indica. Took some clones about 3 weeks ago as a bit of a lark off the first 2 (I/S and S). Did the cuts along the diagonal. Dipped the cuttings into rooting hormone (Yates version). And they are still at the same stage as when I took em. Not doing anything at all. No roots. No nothing. The mother plants aren't growing particularly vigourously. Any ideas on how to get them going? The clones off the pure indica took fine, so it's not technique!!!!!!!! (I hope?) Anybody else had this problem?

I posted about my clones i have problems with, damn I just dont get it everything is perfect, temps, nutes, ph, dang I even have a truncheon EC tester cause im paranoid im stuffing these, I have also had a grow mate take a look and he reakons it must be the plants nothing else, but these are top quality from AussieSPC, what do ya think??

Hi, i leave the small plants outside on a chair above the ground, somehow ants still get inside the pot when i leave it in the sun, when i take the pots at night inside under fluros i find quite alot of ants, each day its getting worse. Is there any way i can get rid of the ants And i cant Try the Flood Method Its in Foam Pot/tray. Is there any alternative way instead of flooding? And when i want to plant outdoor in the ground can i prepare the ground to protect the area from the ants.

This is a matter of life and death here..... I was watering my babbies and i some how fucking dropped my Misty and the coco peat went every where and i fucking snapped the stem basically off cept for a little thread of the outside skin on stem I know my baby probably has no chance of living but is there anything i can do? What i have done is cut the end off and put it in a glass of water like im cloning.... Anyone ever tryed this before?? Any chance it could work?? Hey guys and gals...I have a Que? One of my ladies...a clone which is 6 weeks into flowering...the leaves have all of a sudden started turning yellow...I am watering with the prescribed amount of nutes...seems weird that she would start dying so soon........does anyone know what may be causing this????

Having a problem with blotchy yellowing of the leaves. My plants are otherwise healthy and growing well, but beginning three weeks ago the lowermost leaves have started turning a blotchy yellow colour, with the very bottom leaves now brown and dead. This problem is clearly working it's way up the plant. I have alreadyconsidered Magnesium deficiency as a cause and have been treating them with magnesium sulphate, but this has had no effect on the problem and I no longer consider this the cause. The plants are growing in pH 6.5 soil/vermiculite/perlite mix, and are watered with pH corrected water every 2-3 days backed up by moisture-meter readings. I fertilise with Fish …

I've got this strange fungus coming up in both my normal and recreational soil plants.... Its bright yellow, and starts as a small group of button heads, around 5 cm round, and then the individuals in the grow on to about 5-7.5 cm high and have a 3-4cm cap, bright yellow with a sort if wrinkled, peeling area on the very centre of the top.... The things have infested a couple of potplants and a tiny part of the herb garden.... Anyone know either what this fungus is, or where I could get an identification page to look through? I tried google and some other search engines, no luck.... Help! I don't want either me or my kitties poisoned by fungus spores! Not to mention…

So i have just started my first serious grow with 4 clones from SPC (Thanks Stonededas your the man) 1 misty, 1 big bud (which i accidently snapped the stem) and 2 ak47xc99. My 2 Ak47xc99 both have BLUE algae growing on the rock wool and on one of them it is growing a bit on the bottom of the stem.... now i am pretty damn worried cause as i understand blue algae is poisonous? ATM they are only about 10cm tall and havn't really started growing much, they are in coco fibre in styrofoam cups and the rockwool is about 90% burried in the rockwool should i have covered the rockwool totally over with coco fibre? below is a pic of one of my clones. Its showing some real weird deformed leaves that are a much lighter shade of green. I reckon its genetic because I remember the plant it was cloned from showed strange growth similar to this early on. Out of the five females I got from verry berry no.2 seed four seem to be very similar and then I've got this one mutant. I'll be sure to keep a clone until I trial it, maybe it'll produce super powerful mutant smoke.

I am in the unfortunate postion of having black flies in such abundance on my plants that I used a hydro store bought chemical to kill them and save my plants. The problem? I had to double dose the plants and the second dose basically wiped 70% of the upper shade leaves from the plants. This in effect robbed me of some glorious buds by hindering the growth of the plant and producing buds 50% smaller than what they would normally be. I guess the rule of thumb applies here...everything in moderation... In general I like to trim a very small percentage of the planys to allow light to filter down...this usually accounts for about 5-10% of the total shade leaves and Ive…
