I was asked this question, and I wasn't sure how to answer, so I have posted here to ask the question.... An friend has nice few nice Asian sativa strains growing outdoors, and noticed that couple are males that not yet the pollens have opened their flowers, but he wanted to keep the Outdoor Male pollens for his indoor indica crop for breeding purposes. He wanted to know: * How can he keep the outdoor pollens without affecting the female plants thru nature like winds, etc... ??? * Can he "cut" the male pollen branches before they open the "flowers/pollen" and put in a glass of water indoors away from the indoor growing area and they will open in glass of water?? …

My plants are approx 1 month old, outdoors, in full sunlight yet when they are hitting there 4 or fifth set of leaves they are starting to head. I have ripped up 3 males so far. My biggest plant which is growing flatout is not showing any signs of heading. I am just curious if anyone else growing outdoors is having this problem. 2 of the males were from the same seeds yet the other one is a different strain all together. I have grown outdoors for the past 3 years and never had this problem before. At least that is 3 males which i wont have to grow for nothing but i just cant explain it. All seeds are put outside once they have germinated so they are not inside under light…

Yeah need sum help in this one... A "green" herbs stared to grow in the winter and and just a few days ago i pulled it out, "so Much dam rain!" but... it looks funny the bottom branches started to get real seedy... & is it went to top of the canopy the seeds got less and less till there was none... i flick the bud and this dust/pollen? shit comes out and i end up having an asthma attack if i don't put it away on the bud, its got these bubbly flowers but they don't look quite like the ideal "bud"... Funny thing is, it's real good smoke, (even my D liked it), they should of put this bud in X-men, coz it looks like it's mutated. Indicated a female, Sativa t…

Hi all, my first post in the "new digs" and gotta say its lookin pretty good too! As usual, have been given hubby's leftover "indoor baby" and plan on putting her in a big plastic tub then burying level in garden amongst corn and sunflowers for camouflage...is this a workable plan and if I cover her for 12 hours at night when do yas think she'd be ready (she's about 1 1/2 feet tall and about 2 months ) Cheers

I have some 3 foot plants outdoors atm and which were vegitation indoors previous to them going outside like a month ago. They are starting to flower, however i am not wanting them to flower because summer is just comming up and i was planning for them to vegitate even more throughout the season and then flower when summer has finished. Will the plants be able to go back into vegitation when we enter summer (im in sydney) in a month or so? Will the flowers just die or will the flowers be present throughout all of summer and then start to grow again when summer has finished? Thanks.

look!if you just pick up some books on gardening and improving your soil and composting and growing veg / flowers you can learn so much that you can then use to grow some nice dope cause you know the basics.try and grow some things from the book and get some seedlings of flower/veg or sow some seed and experiment with them and see if you can grow a tomatoe or better yet go and ask your grand father how he grows a good garden you can lean alot from an old gardener...happy herb.
