Hi guys,, i think its my first post.. Anyway im sort of new to growing,, doing it for the 2nd time.. I only had 2200W.. 4 lights. 4 plants, and i didnt recycle the nutes, but i got 6 pound off them with only 5wks grow and 7 bud(i did use superbud).. I tied them down when young so they had multiple heads. my room is about 12ft X 12ft X 8ft. But i used a huge extraction fan with carbon filter and ran it 24/7. Induction was just a hole in the floor boards then a pedastool fan to circulate. Air from the floor was icy cold even on 38C days. None of my experiance growing buddies could believe it as they used the same strain and nutes. They could only put it down to my ve…

pleeeeez! i want to use clones from now on. i only grow 4 plants at a time, so it is imperative that i have 4 good ones. usually i buy a packet of seeds, but, your lucky to get a couple of good females, and a couple of not so good ones. this leads to usual probs; mainly big ones smothering the little ones. so please how do i manage a mother plant. i think the bonsai method looks the most suitable for me. i am completely at sea on this one and don't mind admitting it.

has anybody info on using optic fibre MH lighting systems for growing. A new product Hydra Light promises 1000w off a 150wMHballast with no heat $1700 cad. By directing the placement of Hydra Light’s nine fibre ends, the grower controls the intensity of light. As a result, the PAR value delivered to plant surfaces from Hydra Light’s 150W HID lamp can be greater than the PAR value delivered by a 1000W HID lamp. alvin.disterheft@fibresun.com Fibre Sun Inc. researches, developes and manufactures proprietary and licensed products incorporating Cool Sun, its patent-pending fibre optic plant lighting technology that distributes full-spectrum high intensity light directly t…

you have probably heard of people having grown dwarf cannabis, well heres a simple technique to dwarf your plants. get an old ice cream container and cut it down untill its about an inch deep fill with soil plant your seed's 1cm down when they sprout the tap root hits the bottom of the ice cream bucket and stunts the plants growth. You leave it in the container for a few weeks, by the time there are a few sets youll notice its throwing out sets of leaves no bigger than a 20 cent peice then transplant into bigger pots the plant will then continue to grow dwarfed ive seen plants grown this way that are barely a foot tall with 30 sets of leave's with hands no bigger than a …

just wanted to know wats wrong with just growing in a pot of dirt, drenching with water every few days and spraying the plant with diluted nutrient every night? as long as the light is still drying the soil out enough would u really have to worry about ph and everything?

Ill be adding to this, with info on things such as additional nutrients in a foliar spray and such, but I need to go to bed Here's a good chart I was looking at just before on a crop production site from Australia. It may change the mind of some people here, with the need for N in veg phase, and the such low PH levels.. like I hear some people using 5.6 and 5.8 PH.. I think 6 and 6.2 would be better for nutrient absorbtion.. according to this chart.

Hi there, I have read somewhere that a dark period at the end of flowering for about 48hrs, just prior to harvest, increases the potency/quality of the final product. Anyone out there know of any truth to this. I am about to chop the last remaining plant in my first grow & am wondering if I should bother? I also read somewhere about harvesting early in the morning( in terms of light cycle) as there is supposedly more THC in the buds. Any ideas guys??

Hello, I have 15 clones in a aero kit, they've just rooted and are looking great. I only need to keep them going for another month until my current crop is finished. Should I be feeding the plants with nutrients? If so, should I just use my normal Canna Vega nutrient or try something else?? Thanks for the help.....again Cheers dwyndorf
