It all started to go downhill with the HDF...germination rates dropped off and now they are so poor I refuse to grow anything. I should clarify....Getting the seeds to sprout is no problem....using the paper towell method on a warm source (but not hot) - they never dry out. The problem seems to be the next step..puttem them in the medium of which I have tried coco fibre, seed raising soil, growcubes, soil...and nothing happens...no sprouts are popping up...nothing.... The area is kept moist but not too wet...the humidity is good...and not too high and the environment is warm and not cold... WTF is going on My grow rates for seeds has gone from 100% to like 2% with…

I didnt appericate the comment But Here it is anyway. Hydrogen Peroxide and Horticulture Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) is a clear sharp smelling substance very similar in appearance to water (H2O). Like water it is made up of Hydrogen and Oxygen, however H2O2 has an extra Oxygen atom in an unstable arrangement. It is this extra atom that gives H2O2 its useful properties. H2O2 has been used for many purposes including cleaning, bleaching, sterilizing, rocket fuel, animal feed treatment and in addition many miraculous claims about its health benefits have been made. …

I got hold of a 3 ft x 15 inch fish tank. I am currently using this to keep seedlings going while the other is growing. I am using a anti-algae tube in it at the moment, this does not seem to be disagreeing with them at the moment. Is this a reasonable method to keep seedlings going until thet are ready to go into the grow chamber ? At the moment they are only 6 days old, any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi there everyone, I am 1 week into flowering under 180w of cfs(250w hps arrives in 4 days) and Im wondering when to switch to bloom nutes? I am growing in a 50/50 mix of potting mix & perlite. I have been supplementing with a hydroponic veg nute, since a while ago the lower older leaves started yellowing & dying(sounded like nitrogen defiency). Since I have added the hydro nutes the problem has pretty much stopped. Ive got a bit of stretch on my hands, but as the 3 girls are growing horizontally, with plenty of secondary growth shooting up, I doubt Ill have any probs with light penetration as all the growth is pretty much level. So, should I wait til …
