Ok so i was reading though an old cannabis growing book and came across a technique that looks amazing but a lot of fucking around. you get a plant and LST it off to one side as normal, but they reckon you can take the side branches going down and 'clone' them into the dirt and they become an extra root supplying the plant. o_O; same way you would take a clone but you propagate the end into a root system .... so it becomes like a creeper plant. kinda like this EDIT! It's my 1000th post YAY!

I have been offered a great deal on GT (Growth Technology) nutrients but I have never used them before so I was wondering if anyone knows anything about them or if you have used them before? Here is a link to the products I have been offered http://www.growthtechnology.com.au/psl6/0/gt-coco-grow-bloom Need to know if its worth trying them so all comments will be appreciated. I can get the same very cheap prices on Nulife Powergro but I grow in coco so they are not really suited to me.

Hey guys, got a rdwc 4 bucket system. Ph 5.5, ppms generally 500. Dutch master a and b veg, zone, silica and calmag all at half strength. I'm getting signs of nute burn/calmag deficiency yet that can't be the issue. I had root rot at the start due to high temps but sorted that with a chiller and lots of zone and time. Root mass is pretty much pearly white now and I get plenty of new growth. I only get these issues on older fan leaves. Anyone shed light as to what's happening? http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14/12/30/a7b58988f10cf7c343766b6da27e61a0.jpghttp://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14/12/30/160092d2fd246bc4d3be823f09b3434d.jpg Thanks in advance guys

Hi guys Just started my first grow 3 weeks ago with 2 chronic seeds. They were doing well until one of them seems to have some nutrient burn. Ive got them in some vege & herb potting mix from bunnings in a small pot (i know this is bad). Im going to be transporting them(if they live) in a week or so as they are up to their 3rd set of leaves.. Will be using Yates dynamic lifter potting mix with about 30% perlite added and moving them into large pots(20L or larger? plz advise) that they will live in permanently(i hope). I cant grow directly in the ground so this is how i have to do it, dont want it to get too complex so i jst want to stick to soil for my first grow..if…

Hi guys. I am new to the forum and have not smoked weed in about 4 years. I would just like to give a bit of a background about myself and what I am hoping to achieve here: 4 years ago i was involved in an accident in which i fractured my T5 vertebrae and had to resign from my job permanently (carpet layer). I am still employed but in a much less physically demanding job. Ever since then over the last 4 years my back muscles around the old fracture over-compensate for the old injury and have cause chronic muscle tendonosis. It's like a permanent cramp along both sides of my spine. I physically cannot relax my back muscles anymore. I have been to a couple of doctors - in…

Hey guys, HAd a terrible experience with Dr Greenthumb seedbank as advertised in HighTimes - I sent them a cash order before the start of our season, and have been waiting and waiting, I finally contacted them, and was told "we never received you order" - Ok, it happens, so I wait another 2 weeks, and email for an update and was told "we don't have your order, don't ever email here again, and F off!!) To me that is crap! Just because we are half a world away they think they can treat us like that! I think that is rubbish! Without customers, business go under and especially in this industry, where the customers are trusting the company will send them what they order (l…

At the moment i am running a 6 bucket DWC setup but it is not a RDWC setup and its getting very annoying having to individually adjust ph and top up each bucket separately, so im going to start building my RDWC but i am still a little bit confused on how to create the flow or current in the setup. Using the photo below as an example, you can see the big black pump in front of the control bucket, connected to the last 2 buckets from a T-Piece, and im guessing the pump is PULLING from the t-piece and feeding back into the control bucket, Is this all that's needed to create a current and get the water to flow through all the buckets? also what happens with the resistance …

Hey Fellow growers, hope you all had a merry christmas!! Im still yet to create a proper setup, for now im just going with the flow, but I want to create a system setup, and I have an idea I wanted to run by other users who would have more experience and would be able to let me know if the design would work before I go purchasing all the parts etc. *my main requirement is to have the ability to move my plants from inside at night, to outside in the sun during the day. So one bucket per plant is probably required, as i cant see little 5 foot, 42kg me lifting a large tub full of water with multiple plants. Also important is shut off/ closure valves (I think thats what…

So I am going to be ordering 25 or so seeds via Attitude Seedbank and was just wanting to hear some other people's experiences. I am ordering to the house next door which has no one staying there but still regularly receives mail for at least 4 of the previous tenants so I know thing's being posted to that address is not unusual.

I have just entered into the world of growing, I have successfully germinated 6 outta 8 seeds in a electric propogator. I am using a Mag357 LED and 2 planter boxes in a grow tent, I have hooked up a heater set around 24 c and have used seedling and cloning medium as my growth soil mixed with vermiculite. Also have set my timers at 18/6 light dark have set up a hydrometer and my humidity is sitting round 26% and I guess my only real concern is mildew and mold as LED doesn't give much heat, Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Im not afraid to admit, maths, ratios, percentages etc where never my forte at school, i was all about the English and Grammar (although my posts dont often show it haha) , and wouldn’t even attend maths, so i know basics, but in terms of the instructions on the back of the Canna Coco A & B nutrients, it has left me thinking...What the f**k .... the instructions: Shake bottle well before use Fill nutrient reservoir with water Add CANNA COCO A & B to the nutrient reservoir with the dilution ratio 1:25 (40 ml A and 40 ml B per 10 litre of water). Add CANNA COCO A to the nutrient reservoir Stir well, then add CANNA Coco B Again, stir well and let mixture stand for so…
