General Cultivation Q&A

A friend left me with 35 clones.. I'm really worried they are going to die or I will stress them out too much. Another old matey dropped over some pots/ nuttriants/ soil etc but other than that... Im clueless. Each grow guide is different so thought would ask some aussies. xx edit: taking photos now

Hi all, SWIM needs some advice on growing for a beginner. so far he has: Nice 5x5 shed Lots of seeds (bubble gum kush) He needs advice on what kind of lights to use, what techniques to use (thinking Sea of Green but not sure if we need a mother plant first) and general advice. He will be growing in soil. Any advice is appreciated thanks!

Allo All, I didn't think I would be asking this fairly simple question just yet - seems hotly debated too In discussion with my house mate - in an outdoor situation we would most likely trim these big sun leafs to allow light to the lower section of the plant. But being they are 3.5 weeks in veg from poping first water leafs in the seed tray - I am not so sure. Thoughts?

Hi everyone, This is my first grow, im having major fluctuations in my PH. In 24 hrs after PHing my rez it drops from 5.8 to 4.5 up to 5.0! Big Drop!! I use bore water, its clean tho, bottle worthy and is PH 5.9 and EC 0.3 consistantly. Anyone had experience with bore water before? just wondering if there are some elements that could be messing with everything. My little babies are 2 weeks into their veg cycle and I'm using a rockwool slabs / dripper system. The 1000x400 slab is still top wrapped in the packaging, with only the 100mm square cut on top where the 4" rooted cube was placed. My problem is that i have a layer of mould across the top of the 4" cube (this can't be covered because of the drippers) Is this mould a problem?? The plants are pumped, with no signs of any probs, but it just don't look right?!

I have 4 plants getting close to harvesting time now what i am wondering is there any benifit in me revegging after harvest since i have a crap load of clones. Some people say one should reveg but i cant see the point when i have a supply of clones am i going to get a bigger yeild from revegging

Afternoon everyone. As a new member to this forum I have been flicking through heaps of topics and threads and reading up on your successes and failures in growing and one thing I came across was planting 2 or more seeds to a pot. For the record, I have done this before but not in a pot. I used a plastic storage box (50 litre IIRC). drilled holes in the bottom, filled it full of soil and placed 5 seeds in there. 1 in the middle and 4 in each corner (Not right in the corners but you know what I mean). . . . . . All sprouted and grew and everything was fine as they were small plant but I am curious if anyone else has done this before and what their results were lik…

Ho all I am in 3 weeks veg in my grow room and i have forgotten to clean the walls. It is a fairly big room and there is a fair bit of space between the plants and the walls (about 600mm). My question is can i use a 1:10 parts bleach water solution on the walls while the plants are there?
