I've got an EC metre. Do I need a recirc system to run that medium ? Sounds like it would need more water flow that Coco

Piss off the coco and go with pearlite 70 percent and Vermiculite 30 percent ,,do that and you will have fuckall problems.

Nah run to waste works great with it,

don’t worry what you think it sounds like ,,mine are happy with once a day watering ,,lots of times I forget and they go without for a day sometimes two.

 

In full bud watering once a day is fine.

 

less potential of complications ,,and because it’s an inert medium it gives you better control .

nothing more to spend ,,,,set and forget..can’t get simpler.

Its operator error, using perlite wouldn't of made a difference 

 

The flog should of been asking for advice not giving it

You should be able to grow in what ever medium you choose

Bad tradesmen blame their tools

Sure some don't suit individuals needs but at the end of the day you should be able to adapt and overcome

Just because some can't grow in coco what makes them think their way is superior to any other

Their results don't seem to produce any evidence either

I use whatever I got on hand at the time

Sometimes recycled coco , perlite and vermiculite, throw in clay balls also

Some of the mixes I got atm are ,straight coco because I had no perlite

Perlite ,vermiculite and clays ball recycled ,because the ship was shit recently

Might even be a coco vermiculite topped with all 3

1 constant is about 2 cms of clay balls on the bottom of all pots

They all get fed the same mix
