Wait......you smoke potato skins? I've only ever used them as an enema. Smooth skin varieties are best for that.

I got told by an old organic specialist that by burning the skins then mixing them in purified water it is easier for people to use who for their own reasons can not have compost heaps.

Saves using the heat/smell that happens in a compost heap.

Heck prepping soil for this grow everything went into a 24 gal drum and got burnt. All the ash from 6 months of organic matter went into the soil.

You can compost in a regular plastic pot.

DAMN THIS THREAD DEGENERATED QUICKLY! But, it did have some useful information and I bit the bullet and fucking repotted even though it went against every fiber of my being here we are, if this thing dies Im hosting a seance so its yellow leafed corpse can bud rot above you in your sleep forever. Here have a photo of this giant old ass pot i put it in.

 

Also has anyone corrected soil ph with this shit thats designed for hydro set ups? my soil is still super acidic im just going to add a tiny bit of that to my waterings and see if it helps, if this is a bad idea please advise.

I am a newbie and don’t have the right answer about repotting your plant while in flower but in my everyday garden we would never repot a plant when it’s flowering. Never ever buy cheap soil . What state are you in
