ShitsNGiggles
Using stable IBL parents reduces pheno variation. Back crossing a stable parent IBL further increases this. Double back cross. By selectively in breeding and applying thought. Strains can rapidly stabilized. Using clones from a mother and effectively back crossing from a desired pheno presentation mother also increases pheno stability. Many ways to skin a cat so to speak vs f1 male to f1 female, f2 male to f2 female rinse repeat. Posted from the OZ Stoners mobile app
ShitsNGiggles
So a thought. Bubble Fuck by SSS. Cross a male to bubble gum. This is effectively a back cross onto the bubble gum side of the genetics on an already homogenous IBL. A further back cross onto the gum side. Interesting thought... ShitsNGiggles
My aim is to have tight pheno variation by F5. Then the two or three lines will be grown out and bred successively. In this manner all lines will be f6, f7 respectively. Once undesired recessive characteristics appear or the strain diminishes in some way you cross your lines. This may be f 10 for example. ShitsNGiggles
Yeah monster cropping is quite unstable. So is re vege. :-) Just put another two lollipop lower branches in to the clone dome. See what happens. :-) Posted from the OZ Stoners mobile app Edited August 9, 2018 by ShitsNGiggles

ShitsNGiggles
Thanks. Its not easy. i document a lot of stuff, note pads, reference charts etc. I pushed my ability to the limit last outdoor season. Over 100 female plants, 20 studs. This is about my limit. Im cutting down numbers for breeding this comming season. I will be doing most breeding in late autum, early winter. keeps plants smaller and more manageable. Otherwise it will be indoors under lights. Any major projects will be worked constantly, such as the skywalker hybrid until lines established. Should be finished 2020. ShitsNGiggles
Little experiment with solar led spotlights in a green house to re vege mothers. Works a charm. Things are lucky to be 3 watts. 4-6 hours of extra light per day per plant. 0 effort. Posted from the OZ Stoners mobile app
