Another question..

There’s a little white, fluffy bug that I keep spotting on the stem. No major damage, just a few nibbles leaves. The little bastard hops away every time I try to squash him.

Should I buy something to kill it? I don’t fancy covering the plant in something chemical-based

the last one is a white fly , they leave light green leaf trails

google images of wooly aphid , see what you think

both bad guys , wooly aphid prob worse

neem will work for both , dr. bronner's hemp castile soap will also help

& work as emulsifier for any essential oils like neem , rosemary = pesticide

thyme = fungicide

Thanks for the advice, some neem oil seems to have fixed the critters. Unfortunately a possum or something nibbled away a few leaves and branches one night, but nothing too serious. I’ve moved her to a safer spot now.

I do have a new question though...

Over the past few days the lower leaves have stopped ‘reaching’ for the sun like they were previously. The new growth does, but everything below that kinda just hangs. Is this simply a growth stage of the plant, or could there be an issue I need to look at?

yep watch your watering , drainage is important but if your on point with watering

the drainage shouldn't cause to much of a prob , def better to have good drainage though

how long they been in that pot , plants can show all sorts of prob once root bound

bigger pot , new soil = new roots

if you are going to transplant i would do it sooner than later as flower time is not fare away
