Following this with interest I'm around about half way between Sydney and coffs, grown lots of winter flowers never had one veg right through though. Good luck to you though, definetly not saying it isn't possible

Just chucked a clone in the yard, I'm gunna try it out as well.

 

I'd be rather close to you sunseeker, round about the same area, so will be interesting, we've had some pretty warm days and hasn't been to cold at night yet

If you can keep the plants warm enough they will sort of flower, but don't expect the same sort of buds you see from summer growing... more like a few pistils and and little resin covered leaves. Granted the winter temperatures here drop to -2C overnight.

 

Pic is 9 years old... these days, if I am growing through winter it is in a tent with HPS.

At this stage if they have started to flower they will reveg and grow thru this time of the year as the weather warms up..if not auto or seeded
