nulife weight plus and mega bud

anyone used weight plus by nulife (its a pk additive but not 13/14 instead its 9/17 i think). just wondering would i add this in the same way as canna pk? (i.e. once at wk 3 and wk5)

 

also nulife mega bud. i think this is an organic additive. which means dont use if im using h202 right?

Mate I reckon you read too many labels 99% of these so called inhancers do nothing to improve your grow , its hydroshop marketing directed straight at mull growers , who treat a crop and then claim it works .

 

Why do million dollar hydroponic farms not use any of this stuff , do you think its because they dont know about them , or maybe they dont want increased yeilds like we do maybe they are too lazy or just plain ol tight fisted with a dollar .

 

If you test any of the silver bullets being marketed properly over a full year you will find in the vast majority of cases just as the commercial growers have learned thats its a waste of money .

 

Lots of varibles go into a grow room and its efficiancy , untill the dynamics of the room are all within range of the plants needs you cannot test anything with accuracy .

 

A plant cannot be bigger or yeild more than its genetics allow , after the genetics your free elements Air Water Light are next in line then comes your nutrient and then your methods , get all these in harmony with each other and you will then be using the same methods used by the people that have the resources to test in a labaratory yet still only use species specific nutrients , Ive been growing for 30yrs and nothing has really changed in that time , I personally like General Hydroponics Nutrient 3part , and just manipulate the nitogen and potassium over the grow and leave the trace elements as a constant , this is a fantastic nutrient once you learm how to use it properly .

used nulife nutes before but did not compare to canna and is boosters Advance nutes has a heavy weight that ive used also it did increase size of buds but it was a tester and wont buy it as nobody around here sells the full range,

I used Nulife Weight Plus Potassium NPK 0-9-17 on my last grow. But that was my first ever go growing and they hermied on me at 6wks flower

 

I am going to be using it again this time around, but am only in very early veg stage at the moment.

Nulife nutes I've always had a not so great opinion of. Just about every bottle of their one-part has nutrient precipitation I've found.

 

As to the megabud, well, I couldn't say whether it actually does much, but I don't think it'll be the reason a grow succeeds or fails. (well, really it could be reason a grow fails, but extremely unlikely)

 

Nulife have their moments, but for a PK additive I don't think you can go much past heavyweight as it's practically the same, (PK 13-15) as cannas nute, and half the cost.

Made by Bio-Hort, and distributed by Supplynet. Same bunch who make Bud Blast.

 

Most hydroponics shops should have it, it's usually in a black bottle with a red label which has "HEAVYWEIGHT" in white letters on the front.

 

If you can't source it from your local hydroponics shop I'd suggest shopping around, cos it's worth it.

 

Don't follow the instructions on the back of most PK additives like these, as they're usually far too strong when made up like that. If you like, I can give you instructions on what I've found to be best results with it.

for example - superbud and/or sudden impact give me 20-30% more yield every grow.

 

h202 - saved me from the dreaded pythium ive been battling.

 

thats all i use - except for nutes and ph down

 

with the nulife pk additive, i got the 4lt weight plus and the 4lt mega bud for free (the wholesaler threw em in when i bought the nulife nutes off him as he was getting rid of the brand). ive used canna pk 13/14 before and it didnt make much difference to yield. but it burnt some leaves

 

but seeing i got em for free i thought hey i might as well use the stuff!

i once got two bottles of apart A was not until i got it again i realised that there must have been a lable mix up . yes theat canna PK is strong and will burn but normally before they burn you will notice huge amounts of salt in the bottom of res and salt all over drippers from uverdoseing, where your leaves burnt or just yellow if yellow thats the pk doing its thing if you get too much yellowing of bud leaves give a feed or two during flush seems to help. if you use pk again use it strong but only for a week before flush but because canna only does a flower nute for coco i use it to boost p and k nearly from the start of flower but at half strength 1.5 ml per liter .

I dont doubt your figures from your pespective , its just hard to imagine some of the grows Ive seen having a possible 30% more potensial in them, if they did mold will kill you anyway , and this really is my point when I stated that they can only yeild what your genetics allow , Im not saying these things dont work to a degree , one guy may get 70% increase another 2% the figures are subjective to how good the grower is in the first place ,, what I am saying , is you can get very close to the plants maximum possible yeild without them and the benifits of this is economics , less work , less things that can go wrong , the key to growing mull is consistant calender output .
