Hello I am trying to find out the truth. What is really better. I have scoured the internet to find out which is better but none have said really how long you can use the base medium in our garden. Personally where I live peat is better to use instead of Coco coir in an outdoor setting. This is because it is easier to access and I reckon it is better for the environment than coco. if a 1/4 of the people on the plante strike against bush we can end iraq and lower gas prices(us thing i think) but the news is saying its going up to 5 bucks in a couple months the war in iraq is pointless and bush well its bush i cant say much more

How many grams do you guys use, averaged out on a weekly basis? Sorry if the number of choices seems rediculous but I'm trying to get as accurate an answer as possible. (In the end I didn't get as many choices as I would have liked - please add a post if your use is significantly more than 51g, maybe we could open the choice size up if necessary?) By use I'm talking about any method - smoking, eating, sublingual - whatever. No accounting for differing rates of absorption, I'm after the total weight regardless of how you use it.
