There is no pharmacological free lunch in cannabis or any drug. Negative reactions can result. A small percentage of people have negative or allergic reactions to marijuana. Heart patients could have problems, even though cannabis generally relieves stress, dilates the arteries, and in general lowers the diastolic pressure. A small percentage of people get especially high heart rates and anxieties with cannabis. These persons should not use it. Some bronchial asthma sufferers benefit from cannabis; however, for others it may serve as an additional irritant.

    Hi all After goggling and reading countless articles and viewing many youtube vids, I'm still unsure that I'll be getting the most from my crop. Although cannabis doesn't alleviate all symptoms of my illness, it 100% works for my chronic severe nausea and inability to sleep due to pain .. nothing, not even the wafers given to chemo patients eased my nausea in the past. I get a few bad headaches and have balance probs due to inflammation in ears .. so am wary of using anything 'too green' like juicing the leaves (as I've read it can cause headaches).     Hi, I receive oil , and not in a state at the moment to make it myself. Am I right in assuming that no lab in Aus would accept samples for testing given legality issues? Could one send to a lab in Cali, or would customs likely confiscate it here or in the US anyway, and no point? Thanks so much for any insight and help. Cheers.

  14. Hemp derived CBD vs recreational derived CBD

    I’m currently using some industrial hemp-derived oral CBD oil, with mixed results. The stuff is nice enough, works well when used on its own, but it seems to fight with any THC that is subsequently taken. It leaves u with a f**ked up Frankenstein kind of stone which is not satisfying at all. It also has a (less prominent) negative interaction with benzos and opiates. I have no doubts that this is a result of CBD blocking the pleasure/reward/dopamine receptors, which I have read about.     So, I have been asking the question as of late - if THC kills cancer cells and your best mate and his partner were to be given 6 months to live, does law even matter?
