Hi guys, I have noticed a lot of harlequin bugs (see attached photo I found online - I used to call them soldier beetles, but apparently harlequin bug is the correct term - dindymus versicolour) on my outdoor ladies. There are a lot of fruit trees around, which I think is attracting them, but they are all over the ladies also, and are present as both juvenile bugs and adults. Apparently these bugs are suckers and one of the worst things to have in gardens, they can ruin crops of all sorts. Despite this, the plants are still large and healthy, but I think the bugs are accumulating somewhat and obviously I don’t want the little buggers causing trouble, especially now that w…

Long time lurker, first time post with first time grow woes: Lighting – Spider COB 4 182watt output 150mm hyperfan exhaust and inlet. 1 x Northlights Auto 1 x Gorilla Glue auto 1 x White Widow auto Growing in coco using Rock A/B, manual feed & water, germinated 30/11/17 pH 5.8 – 5.9 EC was around 1.4, dropped to 1 over the last week – following dosing guidelines for Rock 3mL A/B per litre. Humidity varies from 55 – 68% I was intending to set up a tent in a bungalow on my property, but the minimal insulation meant in heated up far too quickly on a day above 30c. As an interim solution, I moved my grow into a cupboard in a spare which seemed to be working OK unt…

Hi all, Ever since I've planted my plants into there forever pot/soil I experienced what looks like a bug eating away at my leaves, in a previous thread post this was the general consensus also. I also experienced a select few leaves slightly curl... For reference, my plants are growing in a mini greenhouse for security reasons so it can get really hot in there on 35+ degree days here in Victoria. I have recently left my plant for about 2 weeks due to being on holiday (someone was still watering them). I'm now wondering what do the below pictures look like? I think it is a possibility that a bug is eating away at the leaves and then due to the heat the part tha…

I'll post a few pics and see if anyone can help with advice. I am dealing with heat issues the best I can, I know it's getting too hot in there and I also have a bug issue of somekind. They are tiny tiny thin orange things and move very slow. I've been washing every dark period with warm soapy water but thats all so far. I am about to get some CalMag and nitrogen and potassium boost tomorrow to deal with the deficiency I THINK I have. Thanks in advance. Posted from the OZ Stoners mobile app
