Hi, My plants are in their 6th week of flowering and are looking healthy, just a bit behind. They are at their limit of height but luckily they have stopped growing upwards. Only thing is the leaves at the top section of each cola are not reaching up to the light, they seem to be flopping over. they feel healthy, not crispy and there is no sign of brown tips or other colour deformations. I am putting it down to too much water and so have reduced the watering to 3 times a day instead of 4. See how they react. Anyone had similar problems with their leaves??

Hi fellas, Back into growing again and thought i'd try my luck at this coco method, heard its the ducks nuts and am feeling it. My plants, Skunk 1 and 2 Unknown strains are looking very healthy. Although they are in week 5 of flowering and they are lagging behind for some reason. I did have a problem with my runoff EC being quite high at 3.0 for a while until i flushed out about a week ago and lowered my Res EC to 2.0 (my tap water is 0.4) The only other thing that may be a factor is that i am growing in a backyard shed during the night as the temps during the day are unbearable. it hits 40 some days during the day and so it would be the same in the shed (whi…

Looked around for a while but couldn't find an answer to this. So I went away overnight and stopped using my magic laserbeam eyes to make my outdoor plants grow and then I came home and found a strange brown growth in the middle of a flower half way up one of them. There are no signs of bugs and the leaves all look pretty green and the next bud up looks okay. Plucked it off inpanic but at least thought to take pics. Does anyone know what this is? Do I need to panic? Cheers

Leaves on my scogged single ak47 girl started yellowing and it turns out that the pot was absolutely infested with fungus gnat larvae. I noticed em ages ago but just tollerated them didnt seem to be causing harm were just eating fungus, it seems they then just exploded while i wasnt watching and started eating roots (i think) Quick stats - week 3 of flower - recirculating hydro with plantastic flower nutes - rock wool - 1 x 600 hps - used a pgr just before problem started - i hate pgr's but my house lease is nearly up and needed to finish this gurl early. I have used neem for the maggots and confidor for the flys plus using a sticky trap for any more flies. What…

Hi Folks I have a spidermite infestation on my hands. Not surprising as I brought a pot plant in from outdoors to flower it in my new wardrobe as a test. I new it would be a problem but I went ahead and did it anyway, thats me for you. Anyway its fairly late in the flowering now, been flower for about 5 or 6 weeks and with this extreme heat at the moment, the brick house has heated to the extent that under the house and now the wardrobe is pretty warm. This seems to have caused the spidermites to go apeshit. I've sprayed some Eco Oil on the leaves taking alot of care not to get any near the buds. All this does is lower numbers, the little shits are still there. I'm not …

I have been keeping my eye on one infected plant and its powdery mildew problem (should have just cut it early). I trimmed off the affected areas and sprayed with Serenade a week and a half ago and have been monitoring all the other plants. There was just a bit on a few leaves but I was planning on harvesting in a couple days, so I figured it would be easy to take care of. The problem is that just today, the stuff has popped up on all my other plants, and in a bad way! There isn't much on the fan leaves, but there are patches in the buds themselves. These babies may be able to go another week before coming down, but that's pushing it. I was planning on starting today. I…

This Should have read: Pitcher plants!...What about them...Could they be used to control bugs / if properly shaded and cared for?/ Would they be effective :D But Instead I Wrote I've just had my first smoke in a long time...for me ...about a week and a half...I use my smoke medicinally and am in the process of getting my first grow in the last 12 months up off the ground. For well considered reasons I'm going to cease hydro and try SOIL Based mix. Part of the process for this changeover is assessing the potential problems for this ( for me ) First SOIL Based mix. So....Whatever the medium's co…

My room full of beautiful, resinous Gush, has recently started producing small, soft green seeds in the tops. All of one strain are showing it, and it's stressing me out! I am using an all organic nutrient blend, and have grown the genetics before with outstanding success. This time around, I have gone from hand watering to a drip system. I am using a coco-perlite-guano mix, and had awesome, healthy growth during the beginning of the flowering cycle. Now I am in week 4, almost 5, and am finding fucking seeds. I think the factors that have been contributing to this are as follow; 1. Drip system has been watering in one specific place in the 25 gallon bins, and th…

Hi all, Can anybody shed some light on what may be wrong here? Not all of the plant is affected, but is does appear to be spreading. Nutrient deficiency perhaps? Plant is located outdoors. Thanks

I'm about 3 weeks away from harvest and I have a minor mite problem. I was told that pyrethrin bombs break down to all organic matter within a week and that it will not effect the taste. I am very skeptical of this and I try really hard to keep my pot organic so that the smoke is not harsh at all. If any one has had experience using pyrethrin this late I would love the advise on how it changes the taste.
