I have come across this before , as the plant get near finishing , they put out these little green seedy things that never fully develop , they are usually just hollow "husks" .

Would you scrap this room, or keep it going?

 

We can't make that decision for you. You are only a couple of weeks from harvest so I wouldn't pull them if it was me. If you end up with a seedy crop you can still smoke it. You could always make hash out of it.

Thanks for all of the advice. It looks like we have decided to stick with it, and switch to hand watering. I think that at this point, the issue is becoming less of seeds, as we picked out all that we could find, and more of spindly buds. I'll keep posting updates on the process as it comes a long, but it might be a week or two.

with the drippers are u using ring feeders or just the stake feeder? how long do u have watering times set for, how many feeds a day?

Great question...here is the set-up:

25, 25 gallon bins

2 plants per bin

1 Dripper stake per plant

WAS watering 1 time every other day with about 33 gallons. It took about 3-4 minutes per watering. I have a 100 gallon reservoir.

 

I was noticing a lot of drainage below the bins, so I figured that the water was adequate. What I didn't pay attention to is that the water was really concentrated in one location, and a lot of the perlite/coco was drying out.

yeah i would just bin the stakes.. switch to a ring feeders. Stoney has a excellent post here check it out - > here

i noticed it with a friends grow he used the watering stakes and it never covered enuff area, with the ring feeders u shouldnt have that problem

Thanks mate. I'd agree with ya; I'm gonna toss the stakes and go with ring feeders. Unfortunately, the Holiday Season has me quite busy and away, so this one will have to wait till next time.
