Heyooo so i would really like some advice on what the best plan of attack would be for my situation.. My idea is to top the plant then move on to LST then go to scrog these are my concerns: I have already topped my plant once and not sure if I should do it again or if I even need to do it again. Since iv topped it when do I start to LST? Should I wait for the plant to grow a little more or at least Wait a week because it could already be under stress from me topping it? This next question is premature but thought I'd still ask now just so I can wrap my brain around the plan. So once I start to LST the plant how long do I wait until I move onto scrog? And with the scro…

Hey guys, A couple of days ago i planted 5 germinates seeds into cups and am now looking forward to planting them away from home as soon as they're ready, and hopefully grow some nice healthy plants . However I am new to growing and will be planting out in the woods, and haven't yet prepared the soil in which I will be transferring these so I need some advice on an easy and possibly cheap way to get the right nutrients into the soil without having to wait for months. I need to transfer my little plants asap as I am growing them at home, so i need a quick method to set up my final grow area. I have a few questions: Should I plant them in pots or in the existing soil …

Ok so the problem is : one of the smallest, was fine yesterday and suddenly is just - pretty much dead or dying (hope I can rescue it!) and one of the bigger ones that seemed to be going strong, has started going brown/burning up around the edges... The worst hit though is this little one !!! Was nice and green in the morning and came home to this... This only happened yesterday after being outside (I guess cooked from the heat?) Otherwise I thought maybe they are too close to the light (its not a super harsh/intense light, roughly 100w or so, and indoors they have the fan going etc Outside the small pats sit in a bigger pot raised off the ground. It might be r…

Hi, I think I may have a problem, but I'm not too sure. But I would like to get in early before anything major takes hold. These are my babies. They are about 7 weeks young. I've been searching Google & other forums for the past 3 & half hours. I'm still stumped to what may be causing these problems. Can any of you kind folks please provide me with an answer, & maybe a solution? I would be very muchly appreciate it. If you need any more photos, please ask & you shall receive. I'll be checking back regularly. Thanks. 1st Plant: There are currently only two of the dead spots, & one of the little black mark shown in the second picture. 2nd Plant:…

So I've decided to start my first outdoor grow for the experience (bit late I know) but oh well.. I ordered a few different strains, Diamond Girl, Northern Lights, Lady Burn and Bubblegum (which was a freebie, thanks Bonza!) I planted them all in a seedling tray, in a 50/50 mix of organic Miraclegro and cow manure about 10 days ago. They've sprouted nicely, but I've been giving them deranged hours of light.. being stoned and forgetful not getting them outside on time, turning lights on around them when they are in the dark.. My worry is that I've stuffed them from the get go.. but then again I'm not sure if it will matter as much this early on? If anyone can poi…

Hi guys, quick question on cloning here. When growing outdoors how soon is too soon to take clones? Is it fine before the sex is showing (with the hope of course they will turn out female!) or do you need to wait until the do start to show the sex? Just thinking it would give a longer grow period the earlier you actually do the cloning, even if some need culling due to turning out male? (only running regular seeds for my normal plants, but using feminised for the auto's)

Hi all! Nice to meet you Got 3 clones i've been keeping alive over winter. Started in 2 litre pots transplanted to 15 litre last week. These pics are taken day 55 and day 56 since the cuts were made, still vegging nice. Taken outside during the winter days and kept inside overnight under CFL to prevent flower. Plan is to get a run in before spring opens out. I normally just start seeds in the spring but after watching these clones grow ok over winter this year im gonna give it a crack! Front and Back Left are skunk's. Back Right is Bubblegum Most days temp : 10-22 deg Most nights temp: 0-9 deg As you can see its cold round these parts! Despite the temp's im pret…

My garden this year is mostly from seed PD/GF and a med woman. the med woman been my mother plant for 3 years now and I'm letting her do her thing. for the PD/GF, we planted 12 beans and all spouted. http://www.oregongreenfree.net/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif 7 were girls. We kept the 5 seedlings we liked the best. I numbered them 1 threw 5. After we harvest and try out the PD/GF meds, we'll be naming this strain. we are going for a strain meant for the outdoors. we want some stretching but not too much and it must finish quick. took 1 clone of each and will only be keep one after we pick the winner. This last spring, money was very very tight as my bf cat, Moose,(bl…

So i got this bag seed plant outside and its going well, I'm growing short auto's but i got giving this plant and haven't had the heart to turf it. I have 1/2 meter of hight on top of where it is now, im training it down trying to make it as bushy as possible but im worried a couple more weeks of veg and it will be out of control. I was thinking of letting it go another week then trying to make it flower, i could bring it inside and put a box on it to shut out the light and maybe shock it into flower. It has pre flowers on it because when it was a seedling it wasn't getting much light but since I've started looking after it im pretty sure its veggin now. My other option…

Planted 3 super silver haze x ruderalis a month ago. Feminised auto's I bought from demonseeds. So they have barely been growing for 3 weeks and one has started flowering. Just noticed this morning. Unfortunately its not female bud but male. I thought this was impossible with feminised seed. I'm wondering whether to keep it for making seed later. Will the seed be mostly female or regular? For now I'm snipping off the buds and smoking them. I'll keep it separate from the main grow just in case. No sign of the others flowering yet. Hopefully the rest will be as advertised. If I can get auto seed this way then its fine. I don't mind that. Just trying to find out if its wor…

Hi Guys and Girls, Im a long time outdoors grower but have a messed up back this season. Basically ive got a benign tumour that has grown next to my spine that needs removing. Im currently on the waiting list for an operation but its going to be a while as i dont have private health cover and I can still walk. Basically there are poor bastards worse off that need attention first. The back pain rules out digging holes. Ive got some seedlings sprouting now in small pots . All are 75% sativa / 25% indica and have been grown in my area for over 5 yrs. Im thinking if I can fill these smart bags http://www.smartpots.com/ with soil and back my 4wd up to the growing …
