Hey all Just after some advice about pre flowering, my plants have started I’m pretty sure, so I just wanted to know if I should be switching straight to a flowering nutrient now? Until this point I’ve just been using Charlie carp, seasol and blackstrap molasses for veg. I still plan on using seasol and molasses throughout the flowering stage. Was either going to use power feed (the purple one I think is for bloom) or manutec bloom booster. Any help appreciated Sorry about the crap photos, you’ll have to zoom in to see the pistils I was trying to show

Getting advice or reading from various sources is doing my head in. Been very unwell physically and mentally so everything i read or listen to is so conflicting. At present im unable to make sense of most things. Some say plantz are all female , some a few are male. A few told me to spray frowers, otherz say dont. Trim all leaves apart from close to flower. So now im just putting them out back, viving some water then just pulling them up.... whenever. I read that bible i got sent. It doesnt rdally tell u much for an outdoor grow (which are now in shed) So if u can give some pointers, apprrciated If u say give up prepared for tbat to. Dont mean to put out a sob story. It…

Hi stoners. Have a nice little grow going this year on a plot i came across 3yrs back. I had a go in it back then with a hurkle and a pennywise which didnt go too well due to lack of rain and extreme high temps, also i made a noob mistake by digging holes and filling with my own soil without lining them, the native soil was near abouts sand and i think it may have effected them. I ended up with some really nice bud, structurally it was prob the best iv grown, maybe something to do with the fact this spot gets alot of sun. But the size of plants and yeild were low. So this year i plan on lining my holes with heavy duty bin bags. Iv dug out a little dam an lined it with b…

Hey everyone So today I was showing my mate how my plants are going. While I was trying to show him something, his young kid ended up snapping a branch clean off! About half way down the stem... so I’ve lost all new growth that was on that branch. My plants are already in pre flower, how will this affect the plant? Cheers Here’s the plant And this is the branch that was snapped in half. Sorry about the crap photo.

When would people recommend changing nutes when flowering begins? My girls have just started sprouting white hairs at the tops of the stems and at the calyxes. maybe half a dozen per top. But I did see a youtube vid that showed a plant two weeks into flowering with stacks of white hairs and he said that's when he changes nutes. Top pic is mine and the second two is from the video. Thanks again everyone for helping a noob :-)

Hey guys, My grow is going well so far but If it doesnt start to flower in the next 2 weeks I would like to encourage it to flower for an Easter harvest. Any advice on if its do-able or not. Unfortunately reducing the light cycle every night is not an option. In canna terra soil with matching nutes. Strain is Aurora indica. Thanks fellow stoners

Hi guys. Long time since I've visited....Hope you all had a safe xmas a great new year!! Hey, I've got a couple of Northern Light which I sprouted in late October 2018 and I'm curious as to when people think they may want to start flowering. They are smaller than I like because mainly we had little Spring in SA and more like two winters... According to time and date dot com, the daylight hours won't be shorter than night time til March 25. If it helps, they are in 30L pots, tomato, veg and herb mix with 25 to 30% perlite added and feeding PowerFeed, Rock Root Tonic and using Seasol foliage spray. Water pH 5.5 and they both seem healthy other than not being as large as I'd…

So after discovering this awesome site and the wealth of information, ive decided to have a crack at growing an outdoor plant in a pot. I have been a daily smoker for over 25 years but haven't grown anything before, so this community is a godsend. Unfortunately im renting atm so I have inspections every 6 months or so. Planning to start after next inspection, hopefully in October. I have ordered some Amnesia Fast fems from seedsman and did a trip to bunnos yesterday and grabbed some supplies. Am I on the right track? Bit confused with the type of pot to use Should I go for a fabric geopot or just a plastic one? I bought some jiffy peat pellets and was thin…

I'm in a capital city, not too far from the cbd. So it's pretty much suburbia. Outdoor at home is not an option at all due to properties being so close to each other. There are however a few reserves around the place which have walking trails so some moderate foot traffic. Has anyone done an outdoor grow in this type of area? It's prob 300m away from houses. On a bush walk now and thinking it might be doable if I prep the ground this year. Anyone had success like this or should I just stick to my indoor? More trouble than it's worth? Hi everyone, I asked on another thread about flowering and the topic changed a bit to the fact that I should probably repot my girls. Trouble is, they are in 30L pots already, they get thirsty every couple of days and should go into 50L pots. But HOW can I do this with minimal shock to the plants? Is there a good technique for this? And finally, next time, what size pot should I use prior to moving up to a 50L? Thanks in advance for all your advice :-)

Here are my 3. The first one drooped and i lost about 1/5 of tje leaves. Seems to have recovered ok. The otjer 2 were trimmed back to make them more bushy. I have them in a shed with clear roofing but the temps go sky high. Atleast 10c higher that outside. I just was to keed the smell, when it comes, to a very minimum but financez are killing me atm. These are Blue Dream Fems. I thought the growth would be better but since taking my ph of 7.2 from the tap im realizing the plants are struggling to uptake the nutrients. I give them AN ph perfect veg and b 52 once a weeks and a low dose of a mix of seasol, charlie carp and some work liquid. Any tips would be appreciated TIA…

Hey dudes, not sure if one of my plants has a nutrient deficiency or maybe I’m not watering correctly. Have two indicas (granddaddy purp) growing outdoors in soil which are 53 days old now. Since topping the plants a bit over 2 weeks ago, one of them hasn’t recovered as well as the other plant. Maybe because I stuffed this one up while topping and cut off a branch of new growth and a leaf off it by accident. Just growing in organic potting mix with some perlite & just use seasol along with FlairForm GreenDream Grow (yes it’s a hydro nutrient but I am using outdoors) maybe this is the problem? Obviously it has also been really hot lately too. Ph levels are between 6.…
