Hey guys So im a pretty shitty dad.. My plants arnt looking too good and i am just wondering if anyone could give me some constructive criticism They are about 30 days old and have had a rough start to life going through different lights and boxs and soil to coco.. So i can understand they have been under some stress but its been a few weeks and they are slowly getting better but im just not sure if its a " time will heal " kinda type deal or not.. Hey All, hope we staying nice and baked. Of late i have been looking at geting some grow room glasers, as we know HID lighting (and i guess LED) can be pretty full on with the eyes and with an old fart like that wears specs as it is me old peepers aint the best. There are these method 7 ones can get for around 90 au Wanted to ask if any one out there may have come across something of the like or even fit overs would do the job? And if you have any grow room glassers(not what i am looking for), what brand how much u pay and what ya review of them? Cheers ozzy...

Hi all , just wondering about this Boveda, its new to me, & comes with no instructions.....my question is.......if you had well over dry herbs, & you placed a Boveda pak in a big jar , put say 20 grms of very dry herb with it , then sealed the jar, would you expect the 20 grms to gain a small amount of weight or is it better used to reduce moisture, & guard against mould ?? The Canberra Medical Institute, is going to start trials , with canna oils applied to melanoma's An American quack has been treating this cancer , in its initial stages , for sum time, with above average results, & according to reports completely killing the growth in a month, in sum cases The report also names White Widow as the strain the oil has come from. Heres hoping the outcome is positive, & a lot more research is done , on our herb Nutter

Hi all,,,, Im wondering what way up you plant your seed , pointy end up or down?.....As i , crack the seed before planting, exposing the tap root, then plant it root down. But according to an article ive read recently, thats wrong.......apparently the 1st thing the tap root does is take a u turn, so if its planted down it has to go up , then down again,....but if planting the root facing up it only has 1 turn to make, the reason for the u turn , is to give itself leverage to push out of the soil, which does make a lot of sence. As we drift thru seed banks, i note sum seeds are tagged as a short grow period ( not auto) What does this actually mean, are they targeted at countries that have short summers, or are they better suited to indoor, do they yield as well as a normal outdoor photoperiod, how much shorter is there grow period ? This shows how dopey I can be! At four weeks of 24/24 l put a little two light LED (about 100w draw) in my box alongside a 600w. That was a week ago but last night I realised I forgot to put it on a timer . It was on for seven days. The 600w has been on a timer. I'm guessing the plants are wanting to revert to veg but won't be able to as I put a timer in today,but I'm wondering how long it's going to stall things till harvest ? Hey all, Haven't contributed to the OZ Stoners community for years ...seems my original profile still exists but impossible to re-establish ...but that's not why I am posting. I have just spent ages creating a growroom journal spreadsheet with tons of formulas, calculators, conversions, etc - which I would like to share with the Oz Stoner crew. Problem is I can't figure out how to upload it here... Anyone have any ideas on how to go about this? I originally made it for personal use - so I could keep good records of my own grows and to simplify things like ppm conversion, lucas formula addback, US to metric conversion, etc, etc. I've just started using it …

Hi all, i suppose this topic mainly relates to gorilla growing & seed banks. As you scoure thru different banks looking 4 good outdoor strains that are going to yield, it becomes confusing!! what one bank says will deliver up to 800grm per plant, the next doesnt rate the same strain from the same breeder as a high yielder, now is that 800 grm wet or dry, sum talk in 400grm per sq mt, does that mean , if shes a 6 footer youll get the 800?? & sum just say 800 per plant, after many hours of cross checking there are a few that do match up 2 be high yield outdoor , medium thc - 15% & not to hard to handle.> id be interested to hear others views & t…

Greetings all In south Australia, if you were to be busted growing a single plant , you would get an on the spot fine , which can be paid at any post office, no court or conviction, same as possesion (small amounts). But apparentely they changed the law on Hydro , were it is an offence to try to grow any this way, which shall require a court apperance & conviction. Can anybody tell me what defines Hydro, if you had a plant in a pot of soil inside with a light hanging over it, is that considered Hydro in the laws view. Or maybe it will depend on the magistrates mood. Ive tried reading the law, but its all to confusing for a nutter!!

Hi all, Just wondering what brand of filter is considered to be the best? And available in Aus. I was looking around and saw the Phat ones mentioned, and when I look them up on ebay, the Phresh ones come up.... Are they the same company or are people just keyword spamming? I bought one when I was first thinking of growing, but it is a generic brand and it's not full, you can here the carbon rattling around inside. That is not a good sign, right? Thanks in advance
