Hey folks , I recently purchased some seeds online and happend to score 5 free seeds with my order . Out of all 5 of the free seeds only one germinated successfully using the same method I've always used . Are these seeds given out because they have lower viability and are unable to be sold ? Hi guys and girls. Been using Canna nutes in Coco for a while and the results were pretty good. No failures or deficiencies etc but at around $40 a litre of A and B I thought there has to be a cheaper way. So I was talking to a mate a while ago about a nute range formulated for Sydney water and he swears by it so I thought f@#k it and drove out west and got myself so Podron grow A+B Bloom A+B each bottle is 5 litres. A bottle of root 79, whopper bud and energy plus. They tried selling me the Pk13/14 but already have heaps so didn't worry about it. All the above only cost me about $200 and it's a massive saving compared to my old nute range and so far I'm really impressed…

ClackamasCoot One of the #1 challenges I have with newer organic growers is that they will many times cut themselves short by using a container that is too small. When you are simply holding the plants roots to feed them nutrient bottles you can grow huge plants out of small containers.... but with organics we are focused on the soil producing all of the bio-mass without any bottled nutrients. That simply means that more soil will go much further and make your life easier. I see the most struggles under 5 gallons and the most success over 5 gallons. So you decide what to do with your space. But if you have more room, I'd suggest going up to 25 gallons or whatever you c…

Hi guys. Im about to setup a fridge for one or two plants. Pretty much have a real old fridge here. Im gutting the back of it out... motor etc. Ill be planning to run a 600w globe In there with a medium adjustawing. Ill have two plants on a small two pot tray. Top fed recirculating. Pots will be filled with hydroton clay balls. Im aiming for a 3 week veg from clone and going to fill out a little sog screen. Id say fridge is about 0.8m x 0.6m. Freezer as at the bottom It will have one shelf supporting the two pots. Underneath is a 30l resovoir. Plan to cool it with two 6inch blue phresh hyperfans. Intake and outtake. Hey guys, Thought I'd introduce myself as I am a newbie here. Going to give dwc a crack, want to maximise the space I have and am seeking advice to be as efficient as possible where I can. Thinking of diy 50L top fed bubbles. Starting with 2 systems x 6 pots each then as they get bigger transplanting to individual systems. I was originally thinking of only 4 plants in the tent but then thinking I should try and utilise the space I have. Again this is first time with dwc, have very little experience with soil. (3 grows) but new absolutely nothing prior to that. And to be honest I probably didn't learn a whole heap as well due to the teacher not really teaching me and was…

Has anyone seen a thread floating around or perhaps u may have done a SCROG with a auto plant? tossing it out there hopping someone has tried it.. I'm growing Red Poison from Sweet Seeds and they claim it will grow between 60cm and 1.2 meters i know a lot depends on how big auto's make it but i am a confident seasoned grower, 60cm would be plenty to fill a net with 3 plants and an area 90x50cm hopefully someone has pictures that would be great, i was originally going X-Mass tree style but my light is all in one housing so i wont be able to adjust for smaller plants i may need to google some pictures what's others thoughts on SCROG'ing an auto flowering plant?

It's about time a nutrient manufacturer came out with a self adjusting PH nutrient's, i donno how long it has been on the market but i just stumbled on it while searching Ebay Sensi Nutrients have one for hydroponics and one for coco as far as i could see it automatically corrects initial PH and maintains it how good is that? I'm seriously considering DWC now just because it would be a pain in the ass draining nutes once a day to check and adjusting PH this nutrient sounds brilliant as my PH wond cost me like $60-$65 and the calibration just cost me another $14 and only lasted one calibration, these nutes would save a small fortune over years

Hey folks after about 6 years my faithful ole Eutech PH meter has lost its mind (appears to be suffering from a kind of Alzheimers forgetfulness) and is ready for retirement So i come to the finest Cannabis growers in the land to ask what do they use and recommend as a replacement for myself and others in need of a daily accurate PH meter within reason i dont mind spending $ for quality and have considered the Bluelab brand which is around $140- , its because Ive had such a great run with my Bluelab EC meter over many years But Im more curious as to what you use on a daily basis and your opinions ? ....
