I'm also planning on a late sow this season. I'm not after huge monsters like I already have flowering, just looking for anything that I can get off a short veg and then hit the flowering.

 

Males I was told tend to rise up tall because their pollen sacks try to reach above any female that could be around. From my experience I've learnt to leave it in until I know for sure, always be suspicious about him/her, treat it as if it's male until you know for sure.

Have you checked for preflowers?  If not, grab a magnifying glass and check the higher nodes just behind the petioles or whatever they're called, should be showing by now.

Thanks Sir hashy. Just borrowed my daughters magnifying glass and stood on a chair to check top nodes ......and......im pretty sure there are miniscule white hairs starting to form.....they are tiny and only on one node but definately there......YEEEEEW beauty... .i recon she really is a she.....stoked....

Hey mate I have this exact same problem. A seed was given to me a few months ago by the name of 'Big Girl Original Sativa' which I can't find any info on. The plant grew gigantic and still hasn't shown any signs of pre flowers.

I have a plant that is close to 6ft and is showing no sign of sex yet. Is meant to be a fem seed but still would prefer to see some girl bits sooner rather than later

Atleast you know it's supposed to be fem. Imagine the stress without that knowledge, although if it's got some genetics you really like cross it to make your own strain

Thanks man......i think they give any garden a sacred energy....

Still no real signs of sex in yet but it kinda has that female look...or maybe im just seeing what i want to see. On the upside dinks sknunk beans have cracked and are in soil so im keen to see uf i can get a result this late in the season.
