General Cultivation Q&A

Is anyone else around here keen for a separate Organic forum? Personally I feel and know its the cleanest and most efficient and sustainable way of growing our favorite plant yet we don't have a forum specific to it. I'm not sure how many of you are on other MJ forums such as Grasscity and Rollitup but both of these have Organic forums that are more than active. And even still it gives others a place to put useful stickies and so forth. So I ask the moderators and users, please, we need to promote this healthy sustainable method of growing, so why not get its own forum going? Scraps

Stoners, 3 weeks out from harvest and im stating to get worried about the weight of my buds. Whilst the buds look big enough albeit with an amount of foxtailing I'm getting concerned that the weight is not accumulating 30% perlite and coco mix Nutes: Canna coco but using BAC bud boost in lieu of canna boost Has anyone out there got any idea how in crease the weight?

im currently using the round ball air stones and they tend to move around alot in the bottom of the pot...looking for a alternative airstone for DWC, whats the best options to go for? i am and plan to keep running for air stones on a 10 valve high pressure air pump, so i have plenty of air, just want to know whats the best air solution for DWC these days? cheers medicalgrower

Omg! I'm so broke! So I had some mars lights and a hydro grow unit, and a tent. I had some nutrients, but not much and no $$ to get more. And a handful of feminised photo seeds and some auto seeds. But I'm broke so I can't even pay elect. Given all this, I decided to have a go. Week 1 - no nutrients, lights 16/8. Week 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 - full nutrients. Week 4 I got paranoid about light pollution so cut lights back to 12/12. Didn't change the nutrients for this 6weeks. Weeks 8, 9, 10 - changed nutes and left lights on 12/12. In week 8, one of my photos turned, so I pulled it. I hope it doesn't affect things too much. No fans or extractors, just 2 small windows.…

Just a couple more pics,progress is happening after 3weeks of rain and bad weather,everything is bulking up nicely and the smells are amazing,I love this time of year I actually miss my daily gardening routine once harvest is done and dusted but its also a huge sigh of relief and a massive weight lifted of your shoulders as know you have completed another grow from start to finish

Hey - I'm sorry I haven't worked out how /where to post this question, so I've had to stick it here! OK...Has anyone used the alternative CO2 systems for a grow tent? I have two tents; 1.2 x 1.2. &. 1.95 x 1.95. I'm looking at the CO2 Pads, MyCO2 boxes, the bottles & their refills and whatever else. I'm trying to avoid having to do the old style gas canisters & regulators. Is it possible to use an alternative or are they not effective enough? I'd LOVE to hear about any experiences with them!!

hi all, iv been reading all the maxium yeild magizines and in the latest 2017 one they have a big article about Ionic Silver, they say its very very good for plants, it sterilizes your nute tank/water its fights root rot and a assortment of things, it sounds like its a really good product to use. iv just ordered myself a litre for $35 to treat root rot. is anyone else familar with this product?

What is a good place to get seeds. Are feminized seeds guarenteed females
