I want to change the way I grow. I want 9 smaller plants under 1000watt HPS instead of 2 medium. Should I keep a mother solely for the purpose of getting the clones. I have read the you must periodically root prune the mother is this correct or will product such as Rhizotonic from canna do the same job? OR Should I just clone off the 9 smaller ones each time.I tend to cut the tops out of them anyway to create vigorous lower growth so I will have the cuttings anyway but is it advisable to take clones of a plant that has only been vegging for 1 week? Would appreciate your thoughts and advice.Thanx

I just recently got my hands on some seeds and I am planning to grow a few plants and I'm not sure about a few things - 1. How often should I water the plants and how much water should I use? 2. How much fertiliser should I use? 3. How much light do the plants need? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

i read something about using N-P-K for outdoor grow. is it any good? i wanna use this coz it's cheap and available. They have 2: (0-10-10) and (15-30-15)., and my questions are: 1. what's the difference? 2. which one is better? 3. when do i have to use them? germinating?? vegging? or flowering?? and how much and how often?? just one other thing, after seeing the first leaves during germination, can i put them outside under the shade or should i wait (for what sign?) Any tried tested and true ideas when drying and curing your harvest? Something that will give it a better taste and maybe make it alittle more potent? or any thing else you guys know of? Cheers

Only just started using microscope method to determine bud maturity. I have a slight amber on the end of the ball section but should I wait for the entire area to go amber or is it ready as soon as it starts to show any amber? Would appreciate any help on this matter Thanks

hello all, i've been lookinf for info about growing weed indoors. not that much at all, huh?? i thought it was complicated. Anyway, my problem is that where i live the electricity gives out and blacks out for god knows how long. it's remote part of indonesia. I heard that sudden blackouts to the MJ plant while hurt em. i was thinking of something that would keep the power on (just to the grow room) if the power blow down a good 12 hours. like a generator or charger of some kind?? i don't want to use those diesel things that sound too large. might wake up the villagers. anyone know if a way or a device that might work?

These things claim to never need calibrating, but how true is this?? Has anyone acutally tested to make sure that they stay accurate? Only reason I ask is because I just changed mine and a mates res today and we used ALOT more A+B than we normally would of in his system.
