Hi all. So i've previously done both veg and flower under the same HPS. This time at the start of flower I added 2x 24w 6400k daylight bulbs. They are relatively weak and more there to use while the HPS is off during maintenance time however have shown me a quite useful result. The crowns which surround each of the CFLs on opposite sides of my current tent all have a quite visible increase in resin production. The lights are hardly a match for the crowns directly under the HPS bulb - so i'm led to believe this is a phenomena associated with the combining of spectrums. Does anyone know where to buy a 1m x 1m fibreglass pond to use as a reservoir for a flood drain table of the same proportions? I was hoping for something around 300-500 litres.

Hi, I would appreciate some opinions on what wattage lights to use. A few years back I used the 400's. Then I started using 600's Have never tried 1000's. Would love some feedback, and would appreciate what type of lights and bulbs. Cheers

Evening people, I was searching through different strains on this website and on the internet. Two came to my attention, they suit my needs very well. Lowryder and another was a dwarf white whidow, I think... Anyway, it said they go from seed to fully grown in about two months. They both have a very low profile and this is what I'm after more than anything, their harvests are pretty decent for their size from what I've seen and read. I am leaning towards the widow if I can get the seeds, I haven't tried either of them and this will be the first proper grow. Can anyone give me some insight? Thank you, Repeater

I noticed on the heavy weight bottles they say for extreme flower growth mix at the rate of 10mls per litre or to 1400ppm in the 5th week of flower. It says expect some yellowing of leaves etc. But you dont use any other nutes while doing this. Anyone tried this and have some extreme growth?

Hey all, hows it growing . Well i decided on a seed bank, and chose a strain all thanks to the help from you guys. I just have a quick q about pot size. What size pot would i need considering i will be growing from clones (sea of green) approx 20 and on a 8 week flowering cycle. Just wondering what size pots you guys use as i only want to get the smallest pot i need I was thinking about 225mm or some thing. the only place i have been able to find cheap pots is on ebay but can only 200, 250 or 300mm pots what size would best suit my grow. i have a new set off seedlings on there way and was wndering at what age can i put the lights down to 12/12 so they show if there male of female. they have just started growing there second set of leaves also will this stunt there growth much when i put the lights back to 18/6.

I don't keep molasses in the house but there's pretty well always a tin of golden syrup around. Maybe GS is too processed?

germinated a northern lights seed from SEEDSMAN put it into soil under fluro about 3 weeks later had nice healthy looking plant about 12cm tall. chucked into COCO perlite mix 70/30 then under the 400w HPS along with a recently crack NL seed into another pot same medium Results 2 weeks later = WOEFUL ....The larger plant looks like shit has grown a bit taller but that's about it and the seedling is growing very very slowly. PH'd water ec'd nutes don't understand could be a bit of over watering ??

I need a cycle timer but dont seem to be able to get one under about 250$. Program timers coming out my ass but nothing that will do a cycle of approx 1min on/5off continuous. Anyone?
