[Too many Issues]

Ok let me just say that i have the basics down.

 

I have my seeds and i Germinated 2 of them. It took about 3-4 days to germinate but it went fine.

 

For starters, i put both seeds both in two Solo cups with moist soil and been watering them only when the soil gets dry.

 

One plant sprouted, its been 4 days and it is now about 4-5 inches tall in the cup and only has 4 tiny leaves at the top.

 

So, it doesnt look right to me because its too tall and has very little leaves.

 

 

Any Idea what's wrong?

Seedlings can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to get established. They are focused on building a strong root system, growth above ground is very slow till that happens.

 

Yours plants sound quite normal for their age. Patience... it doesnt happen overnight

 

If their tall and lanky in the stem department, can mean not enough light. For example, sitting them near a window sill, the window difuses light, and they stretch.

They sound like they are stretching because of the light being too weak - try putting them under a fluro bulb, nice and close.

 

Seedlings do stretch a lot anyway but don't worry - you can always bury them deeper when you transplant them at a later date

You could also put a little computer fan blowing gently on them to strengthen them. Wrangler and Jim are on the money with they need more light.

Ok, sounds good. Just making sure. Just as an update i put the taller plant about 2 inches away from a flouro bulb. It seems to be doing fine and not growing "as tall" and the leaves are beggining to get bigger. Thank you for your help and if i come across anything else i hope yall can help me fix it

Have a good look around the sight, plenty of info on growing here, although it can be difficult at times to find something specific, if in doubt, just ask
