Organic, pro-biotic and organic growing without bottled nutrients

Recommended Posts

I wanna get into comfrey and nettles. I'll check at Bunnings. Can I plant them now Carb? I'm on board, sounds good. What about borage? This all sounds so pagan I love it!

Comfrey seed, nettles and borage all available from seed collection.com.au or boondies or GH or Eden.

Ya put em in anytime. Borage annual but self seeds nicely, don't root divide, fast bio mass. Nettle and comfrey own the soil they are in pretty much.

I use blue borage. As I !entioned it self seeds nicely so don't need many. Seed it produces is beautifully viable.

Stinging nettle from seed collection.com.au

Comfrey from seed is a bit shit when you have done root cuttings. I have had 2 seed plants flower too.

Few different places do tube stock from cutting. I got my S.O from Green Harvest and the Boking 14 from diggers.

Boking only available a few times a year.

Diggers only ones with Boking. Don't be afraid of the plants not making it in a box, they do jus fine.

SO or common available at a few places I have seen.

Boking sterile but will root divide.

SO will root divide and make viable seed.

been watching my two that seeded, seed is slow so easy to keep on top of km Also, seed plants are so slow that it would be easy to get to.

I bought 3x originals. Took cuttings of the best one and got maybe 30 plants from it.

Have not cut up Boking yet but will.

I will be doing another root cutting round soon, common comfrey and Boking in maybe a month.

I have only started using this directly on plants but I'm not going to go on about how useful it is, worms, compost, teas etc.

Anyone reading this wants comfrey root cuttings, pm me. Free. More people growing it the better and hands down is a great biomass producer.

Will be doing a cutting in next few weeks.

I have lots of borage seed (bough and collected), I won't need so much now as things are established nicely.

Anybody wants a free hand in helping them get some comfrey going just let me know. Root cuttings go like hell!
