Greens announce national plan to legalise cannabis.

Recommended Posts

In this country, with our climate, this legislation would render indoor growing frankly pointless. 6 plants grown without fear or paranoia under the aussie sun, and I think that is 6 plant per adult.. Plenty. And if you happened to run out or wanted some variety there will be shops to buy bud from anyway. This is the best proposal any significant party in Australia has ever put forward. Any one here who likes to smoke and no longer wants to be paranoid about smoking/growing should vote greens at the next election. Tell your mates to as well. They won't get in but they are a major enough party that they could put the wind up the major parties and if they get enough in the senate, they will have bargaining power. This could very realistically change the way the major parties look at this issue in the future. Especially with Canada going full legal as of July 1'st and New Zealand apparently holding a referendum on the issue. Times are changing..

Fuck being told how many plants is enough ,,,

And fucked if I want to have to pay to smoke some other *#%@^ dope ,,

,,why the fuck should I have to do that???

I get your point and agree with you on principal. What the greens are proposing is a much better situation than we currently have though. My job requires regular police clearance checks. As a result, I cannot afford to risk growing anything anymore. If I was caught, i'd be fucked from a livelihood point of view. If legislation like this came to be, I could grow more than I could ever smoke and not worry about a thing. Way better situation than we have right now. Some people are in situations where breaking the law is too much of a risk for them and their family. Ideally, grow all you want, I agree but nothing in this world is ideal and I would settle for this legislation. 6 plants with no fear of legal issues, shops selling bud grown by registered farmers, hash and concentrates would probably come into play.. Way better than what we have now.

Are you sure about all that ?

there is no fascist left, only fascist right , are you for real, FFS, get up soros

tell me about modern socialism, maybe i missed something

100% fascism belongs to the far right. Far right is fascist, far left communist. I've had an interest in history and politics all my life, particularly around the rise of fascism and communism going back pre WW1. Both are authoritarian in the worst ways. Hitler and Mussolini were fascists, they were very much opposed to Communism and Socialism.  Socialism is slightly left of centre. And no, I am not going to get bogged down in a debate about socialism. The only reason I replied at all is that I have strong political views, which are the opposite of yours, and I got sick of reading another bullshit anti socialist rant using terms you clearly dont understand. I would prefer politics weren't discussed on cannabis sites unless it relates directly to cannabis.

Anyway, don't take my word for it.

Fascism is a far-right nationalistic movement first born in Italy at the beginning of the 20th century[1]

Socialism is often collocated in the opposite end of the spectrum compared to fascism; if fascism pertains to the group of far-rights movements, socialism is, then, located to the far-lef
