As soon as it sprouted the leaves were clawing, wondering if this is sign to look out for , cant a seed be hermie from start ? Or is it stress that makes the plant hermie ?

Is it your first grow ever? If it is and you only have one follow thru its learning imo.

if you have no other plants going.. pick the balls off.. an see if you can get some decent buds.. but you will have to keep an eye out for more balls springing up.

 

if you have other plants anywhere near.. id prob bin it.

It's not just the odd ball, so no matter how much time you spend picking balls you're going to end up with seedy as fuck buds.  Considering the flower cycle is the long part of the grow you will do better in the long run with new plants.  If you want to reduce veg time, go for 4 small plants and flip the lights after 2 weeks or so.  Might be worth simplifying things by looking at coco, clayballs, or perlite, rather than DWC, as DWC has a rep for being brilliant if you nail it, but a pain in the arse if you don't.

So if I grow this out I'll end up with 100%ish female seeds is that right ?

Very much wrong I'm afraid, the closest sex to 100% out of the offspring will be hermaphrodite.

 

What you are thinking about is when a pure fem pushes out a few nanas very late in flower as a last ditch attempt at continuing her genetics, the pollen from those nanas is allegedly fem, or at least a high percentage.

 

What you will get is seedy buds with substandard potency.  I did it once, but only because it was easy to separate them from the rest of the crop, and turned it into hash.  Discovered at the end of it all that it simply wasn't worth it. 

 

But it's up to you whether you spend the next 2-3 months producing sub par seedy bud, or spend an extra 3 weeks starting from fresh to get some good seedless buds.  Maybe you could move the current plant bush to finish it off?

From the photo I'd wait ,Jorges diamonds#1 looked like that but the balls sprouted white hairs ,I've seen it before ,the ball clusters just turn into minor bud sites on the stem ,worth waiting a few days to see .good luck
