My Darknet Skywalker Kush did something similar when transferred to DWC. I coped a bit of nute lockout plus found it was magnesium hungry.

The solution for me was keep PH 5.6 and added Epson salts to res.

I have read that Skywalker kush is a finicky plant to get going in Veg but makes up for loss of time when it get what it wants.

I would add some Epson salts to your next batch of nutes which should make it a little happier.

It is hard to tell from the pics and because the colour may be caused by the great white. The roots should smell fresh, very similar to alfalfa sprouts. They also should not be slimey. Any slimyness or off smells point to root rot and/or other bad bacteria thriving.

Healthy roots will fill the container and feel quite strong. They should be white but additives such as Cannazyme can stain them.

eg.
