Been doing plenty of forum scraping on this but I'm still a little unsure, being my first grow. Can't nail it down to one definite thing, so if I may persist with requests for advice a little longer, it'd be really appreciated!

 

Started keeping it indoors overnight since something (I assume possums) decided to nibble at a bunch of leaves all of a sudden. Got some nasty white bits on a few leaves, the most dramatic is the first image. And still yellowing and such working its way up slowly, I guess I'm a little edgy since it's my first and I'm not used to knowing what is natural and what is a potential problem.

 

Also, my stance has kinda been since it's my first time, to just let it grow and do its thing with minimal intervention, but would you recommend doing a flush perhaps? 20L pot, so I'm assuming a 50L flush.

I'm going to say that your homemade bug spray is doing more harm than good mate.

 

 

Wash it off, Stop using it for a week or two, and I have a really good feeling your plants will come a bit better

Awesome, I'm not convinced it actually works in any case. Those little bastard leafhoppers are still munching away
