Cannabis is very safe, but it can be lethal, Its LD50 rating (which is the amount in which 50% of individuals (usually mice) die is about 1,270 mg/kg for THC. Which means if the average man smoked 10,000+ bongs in one session they could die.

THC is way less harmful than coffee and even tomatoes.

But yeah pot can make you feel like shit, Spewing on pot is a horrible experience, best to just get to bed, get all the light and noise away and rest.

I have to admit I've smoked enough a few times to make me puke. Drinking lots of water before during and after a session helps. Getting some exercise, i.e. moving more than just to refil or roll helps ;) and eating moderately is a good idea.

I find that I go through phases (such as now) where I smoke way too much and even when I am 'not stoned' - usually from when I wake up to mid morning... I feel like I am sodden with thc, my brain feels like it is an over-filled sponge. ick. :P ... thats a bit off topic but I though I'd just throw that in there as a general observation.

one time I puked after munchies of potato chips and nuts and various other sharpish objects and scratched my throat on the inside... I thought I had a hair stuck around my non-existent tonsils or whatever; I felt a horrible sensation in my throat that made me want to gag constantly, :) took a couple of weeks to recover ;) So i recommend not eating sharpish things that can come back up at velocity!

regards, Bubble
