My lawyer was a genius, and I'll recommend any stoner here in Adelaide to use his services. PM me for details if you ever get in trouble. If not for him, I'd have been pleading guilty to a much more severe charge, which in my case was not warranted.

im glad to hear you got off lightly, if i were you, i wouldnt grow at the house, just a few plants outdoors and get mates to hold your stash and pickup a weeks amount at a time, dont wanna get fined again or if you do, a much lesser amount

Ahh growing is out, for many a year I'm afraid...

 

I moved last month out of the place where the incident occured and am at my parents house for a year while i solve my debt + save enough for a home loan deposit..

 

And as for getting caught again, aint gonna happen. If I feel the need, I'll have a shitload better security than I did last place, a smaller setup and absolutely no waste. Unfortunately in this instance my own laziness accounted for the charges not being reduced to posession, because I had the hydro equipment still in the house... it wasn't setup but the volume of shit i had was enough to preclude that sentence..
