After my recent episode with a male plant I called my mate who had a seed from the same supplier to see if his was a female. Turns out his plant is a bit sick, so he gave it to me to try to recover it. I started this thread for advice and to help those with similar problems. As a noob this will be a learning experience that hopefully other noobs can learn from as well. Hopefully we can rescue it and this will serve as a record of what we did. The seed was put straight into the current pot filled with Osmocote Vege Mix and grown outside. I'm a novice grower and I'm concerned that I must be doing something wrong. I planted my 1st plant 3 weeks ago and see the pics please. The plant is still so small. The 1st week or so everything looked ok. Just the stem got too long because my light was too high and not sufficient. I've fixed this problem and hilled up more soil around the long stem. Then the growth almost stopped. I thought the roots got restricted and so I transplanted it into a big pot. But it hasn’t helped. From the second week, I‘ve started adding some plant food into water. Gday guys I need help with my seedling. Firstly we had a bit of a heat wave when I first planted and I couldn't cool the tent below 30c. So the first set of jagged leaves curled slightly After that the weather improved and now I can see a real bright green in the new growth and in the middle Any ideas to help me out?

Howdy, newbie THC here from SE Australia. Occasional outdoor grower for personal use. I did a number of outdoor grows in my 20's...made some mistakes but grew some decent smoke without the knowledge that is available since the interwebz. Now in my 40's I picked up a heap of seeds from a hermied plant some years back. No idea on the strain but have grown a number of healthy females since. Hey everyone! Total beginner growing a plant or two for personal enjoyment, and my first ever plant is starting to show some curl on the leaves and slight discolouration on the leaves. Wondering if anyone had an idea how I should mange this ongoing. At first I thought it might be heat stress, but after 24 hours of mild temperatures, it seems to have continued. I also flushed it a couple of days ago when it first started to curl. Any ideas how I should tackle at this point, or nothing to worry about?
