Found several occurences of this on the trail today after the rain, in places it looked like a trail dribbled by an animal, and then in several spots around the outside of the fence on one of my plots. I have never seen this up there before, and I have been bushwalking up there in all kinds of weather off and on for over 10 years. I only saw it on bare soil, but that doesn't mean it might not be under stuff. Weird thing is that it is in several places around the outside of the fence, but absolutely none inside. I am assuming it is some sort of mould or fungal growth. If anyone has ever seen this before and can let me know if I need to worry about it anywhere nea…

These were geminated 2 months ago. They got there first set. all was going good. I transplanted from some small 5cm pots with seed rasing mix into 5L black pots. My medium was washed perlite/with canna coco. 60% coco / 40% perlite. I was hand with ph already adjusted mineral water "purea" , no fluriode, salts etc. Second set of leaves came, and the first set started to die. 3 plants first set is still alive , 2 dont have a first set and only have there "second set". Hey all, Last week sometime we had a bit of a downpour. I wasn't at home to put my plant undercover, and it has since started developing yellow leaves that wither and drop off, starting from the bottom and it's slowly working its way up to some larger leaves. Just wanted some help diagnosing if the problem would be overwatering due to the rain we had, or perhaps a nute problem. It's been fine otherwise, watering it as I feed (liquid guano), potted in a 20L pot with organic soil. Not using any pesticides apart from a natural homemade bug spray which I doubt is causing this. Cheers!

As advised by others in another thread, i have decided to start my own thread in an attemp to try to fix my problem. **Posts taken from my other posts** It's been a week since i transplanted to larger pots and my problem still exists If someone could take a look at the pics, that would be very much appreciated. Is it magnesium or manganese? Or neither? And... This one was potted using a $12 bag of "re-potting" soil and from my previous experience with cheap(read bunnings special) mixes, this one does not appear to have a lot of bark. Not sure of the brand of potting mix but it did mention have 3 months worth of food in it. This plant is actually 12 weeks old now …

Hi all, Was hoping someone might have an idea whats starting to go wrong with this plant in the picture I have attached. Plant is about 5 months old. Started to flower, but then went back to vegetative growth phase. I have 2 plants doing the same thing, the tips of the leaves look black and dead. They are growing outside in +- 20L pots. Soil is Searles herb and vegetable mix Fertilizer is Ferticote slow release which they got around 5 months ago and around 2 months ago they got some slow release fertilizer for flowering roses which was last added around 8 weeks ago. They get watered every second day with about 3-4L of water both plants have started with the same condit…

Hey Ozstoners, Hope everyone is well. It has been a long time since I have posted and in the interim I have switched from indoor to outdoor growing. Which is more challenging than i would have thought, it is a lot harder to micromange the plant environment outdoors. It has been between 40 - 45 degrees celsius some days over the last few weeks, and unfortunately my plants were out in it one of those days. Today I moved them inside, and myself the dog and my plants spent the day in the laundry, which being under the house, is a few degrees cooler (maybe only 40C instead of 45C). So they only spent the one day out in really brutal heat - I am surprised they survived tha…

They are nice and bushy/healthy looking (apart from a few bottom w…

Not sure if I have a problem, or if it is just a lack of water or nutrients right now, or if they are too shady, but got leaves going yellow and a bit droopy. Any ideas?

Hi all, One of my plants has some droopy leaves. But I water every 3-4 days when the first 15mm or sp of the coco goes dry. So I wouldnt think I am either over or under watering my plants. What else could cause this ? My fan isn't doing a great Job to move the air around but plants in previous grows didn't show these signs.
