First post here. Does anybody use auto pots ? Last grow ( my first grow ) I had very good results but that’s just using the generic AutoPot nutes only and Moby Dick, Girl Scout and also Green poison strains. I have a cutting from a flowering mother about 2 weeks along after rooting. I just moved it a lot closer to light (600w mh) because I had it at 3 feet and a friend of mine said it was probably getting little or no light. This is my first time growing. Hey peeps! So iv got a few seeds that didn’t make the tent on this run, thinking about just throwing them in a few pots in the tent to veg out a bit and then outside to get them out of the way...... I probably won’t run autos in the tent again, for the fact of how finicky they are and really only saving a month on time for less quality and yield. Now! I’d still like to try and get the most out of them outdoors because a jar of ok herbs is better then no jar at all....... any tips towards autos outdoors would be appreciated! Months, potsize, soils and what not....... I have little to no outdoor experiance! Chimp glue autos are going soooo good in the tent and loving eve…

So ive been looking at all sorts of potting mediums, and after looking at soiless like coco a lot of people have said it's hard for beginners so I decided not to do that, and the supersoil I've heard of cannot be bought in the UK and I cannot create my own due to constrictions. So my question is what is the best way to grow with soil? Any specific type I should get (I live in UK so cannot buy ocean forest) and if I do go soil how do I give it nutrients and the sort? Hey all, I've got a few Barney's Farm auto seeds i'm wanting to use, and i'm thinking of trying hempy buckets. What ph level does everyone recomend, I’m using advanced nutrients micro,grow & bloom which is made specifically for the plants but I’m getting a reading of around 4.7 and I’ve been told 6.8 is the go, should I raise the ph of my solution or keep it as recommended as its cup winning nutrients, cheers Posted from the OZ Stoners mobile app

Hey crew When flipping the lights to flower do you let the tips of the plant come up through the net , or do you keep training them under the net the entire time to expose the entire branch to the light ? I’ve been training them but then once flipping I’ve let them naturally come up through the net - noticed it’s then shading out a lot of the popcorn buds which would have more potential if it was laid sideways and they could turn into big colas themselves is that the go ????? Hi guys. I am wanting a few tips and some leads on different products. First off, I have a 1.2x1.2x2 tent coming with a 600w hps cooltube and a cfl for starters. I was going to go led, but will look at that for next grow. My initial idea was to try dwc, 2 plants in a 50 litre tub. I would like some leads on a good locally available sterile agent like z7. Hey everyone just want to ask a question about a lot of pics I've seen throughout the forum of plants that are obviously right before harvest. Seems many people trim pretty much every leaf off leaving just bud and the plant still intact. Is this to harden the buds? Or perhaps to focus the last of its energy into bud size? Has anyone tried adding a UV B light late flower? Did you notice any difference in final potency? It’s supposed to help increase THC levels and there are cheap UV B lights used for reptiles which would be easy to use. Using a HLG which doesn’t appear to have any UV B spectrum. Cheers. Just sitting here, having a sesh and chatting in chat and the thought occurred to me, just how deep does the water need to be for it to be considered DWC? I had a set up a while back I called the "kiddy pool" set up because of how the plants were set above the res and the res resembling a kid's wading pool. The plants were fed from the top and it drained back into the res, eventually the roots grew down into the res and the plants boomed when they did. The depth of the res was only ever about 100mm deep. I guess it was a bit of a hybrid between a flood and drain setup and what I like to call SWC (shallow water culture).
