Ok, so I have had a bit of bad luck with the plants I had been growing. Overfertilised the autos that I had going, repotted one of my main plants in a mix that killed that one, had some others going well, but then the next problem occured - something ate all the leaves on my plants. Only got 2 left that have started to regenerate leaves now, the others have died, time will tell if they will survive or yield anything. So I finally got around to ordering more seeds. Question now is, I'm guessing mid January before the seeds arrive; I'm in Sydney, so for an outdoor grow how much success will I actually have planting that late? I ordered both normal seeds and autos, obvi…

So I will be needing to hide my plants for my upcoming rent inspection. My plan is the small shed we have (elevated slightly off the pavement/bricks) and some of those stinky tree air fresheners for ones car... It's only for the day... Still, anyone got any tips for masking that smell a bit ?

Hi. Just thought I'd put a couple of images up of a new plant grown from mystery seed! Always fun, wondering what it's going to be! I'm growing it outdoors and putting it under lights at night, great growth since i topped it at the 4th set of leaves!! I'll keep posting pics weekly, hopefully someone out there might recognize the strain eventually, you never know eh?! Got another post up re another plant feel free to suss it out and give me some pointers. Hi. I've gotten a nice sturdy plant from mystery bag seed which has been growing quite nicely. about 5 weeks back I put it in the shed early for about a week, bringing it back out 1st thing in the morning, to induce flowering. Now in my eagerness I found a thread somewhere saying that you could then put the plant back outside and the flowering would continue no problem. Its been a while now and I sense that although there are plenty of bud sites with some sticky resinous tips and such, there is a problem. The plant seems to be bushing out heaps with many single blade leaves, and smaller bushy leaf growth up the stems, while the "buds" are kinda sprung out all over and not…

Is acrylic the best plastic to use? I have a frame up but I', going to cover it with chicken wire before laying the plastic. Don't want some freak hail storm sagging the roof under 50 kilos of frozen water. A stiff support structure should help hail roll off the roof. We don't get weather like that very often but once would be enough. Opaque plastic that still lets in enough light but keeps nosy visitors from seeing anything would be perfect. there are no greenhouse specialist shops anywhere near me. Where else can I get it? What grade of opacity or thickness should I get? Havent found much online outside of the cities and mail ordering large rolls of heavy plastic is o…

Hey All This is my 1st grow in a new state (SE Qld), any localised & general advice & comments greatly appreciated These seeds have been in between 2 - 3 weeks, currently sitting in basic potting mix & a blend from my compost (dirt/ash/b'n'b/broken down organic matter), getting about 8 hrs of direct sunlight a day with a bit of water every couple days. Seeds are random from a previous crop that (apparently) smoked very well. Certainly it smelt delicious when I harvested & trimmed I'll probably grow them like this till a 3rd or 4th node, then they're going in the ground ( external plot with excellent grade dirt, shady near creek with approx 6 hrs d…

So at my place i have LOTS of black ants, they don't really bother me that much except when u leave food out. So my creame caramel auto is about 2-3 weeks from finishing and i noticed that the black ants where very interested in her which is unusual. So on further inspection the ants where trying to eat the aphids so i think they are aphids. So i got rid of the ants and since im so close to finishing i just got an old tooth brush and brushed the undersides of the leaves removing the aphids. Is this the right move? Some fan leaves where so covered it was easier to just remove them

Hey all, Back at it again, I learnt lots from my first grow and here i am giving it another go this year. I was very happy with the results from the previous season so i am not going to change much. Going to be growing 3 plants this year, all seeds have been planted and have all germinated, you all know what a seedling looks like so i won't have many pictures up or a while, but what i chose this season are as followed, Big Bang, Jack Herer and Vanilla Kush. More to come soon!!

I've had a roadrunner autoflowering plant growing outdoors for just over a couple of months, and the time came to give her the snip and enjoy the rewards. This was my first time growing an autoflower, so I was a little surprised at how small it was. Even though I have heard that autoflowering cannabis plants can't be revegged (since technically they don't have a vegetation stage) it can't hurt to try, so I have cut the stem just above the lowest node in the hope that it will sprout out a couple of new tops. Anyone tried this before? I'll keep taking photos if i get any positive results. I also added a photo of the main cola before she was harvested for those that are in…

Hey guys and girls, This is my first post here and i have a few questions. I don't want to be "that guy" but i will likely have some follow up questions regarding nutrients and out door grows. So here is the story... I placed my first ever order with Attitude and when it arrived, i went about germing some of the seeds in early October. Once planted, 2(GH The Doctor & Bomb's Berry Bomb) went almost straight to flower after around 3 weeks in bigger pots(4ish weeks from seed). This was not a big issue for me as i don't mind having something to smoke while i'm waiting for the rest to mature. The problem is, about 2 weeks ago we had a huge hail storm that did some damage…
