Hi all, I'm about 2 weeks away from harvest and have noticed most of my buds are starting to form seeds, Will i lose much in the way of potency when ripe?, Or will the end product still be ok?. Thanks all, Much appreciated, Paranoid.

Hi Ppls, Another newbie question here I've decided to make the splash and try my hand a little gardening. I'm thinking of getting a SpaceMonsta 8 (http://www.grow.com.au/pspacemonsta.html) an I have a couple of questions before I get started. Would this box be any good to start with? They say it can grow up to 8 plants. And, what are some strains that wouldnt produce much odour? My space is very limited (it'll be in my cupbaord!) as I live in a 1 bedroom apartment so my options are quite limited, an smells would be a bit of a problem because this place isn't too big. Any thoughts would be really appreciated! Thanks.

I purchased this product and was told by staff that it would produce seeds on a female plant(artificial pollination) at $70 for 100ml i did give it a go and now wish i hadnt,i will never use this product again and it burned the buds applied on(was supposed to produce seeds when painted on the bud)and they had to be tossed,Another Lesson in Growing i suppose,

Waste of time and money talking to kids working in Hydro shops I want to put together a small 200 watt MH light for my clones and already have a HPS socket and lead All I wanted to know is if a MH bulb will screw into a HPS socket and if the three pin plug will suit the MH ballast. I wont need to buy the whole MH light kit if it does. Buddy

Hey, everyone this is my first msg , must say great site, take my hate off to the webmasters and members for their information. One of my main Q's I read an Article in HT - The High tech GRow America Section and it mentioned an "aussie" manufactuor of remote controlling the grow room,() from an undisclosed location( DOn't u luv i.T), i thinks it's in W.A, northen Territory perhaps, it cost about a G for the basice type, and G & a Half for the DElux model and it sort of looks like a 2 channel DJ mixer with various I/O slots. It's a really nice peice of Hardware... Has anyone had experince with these remote/terminal thingies? Any info on it would gladly be apprecia…

Hey y'll, Been To a phew grow shops and been amazed @ sum of the overpriced equipment they sell, that turn away Many ppl away , My Local hydge Shop sells these for $300. I'll Tell ya how to make one unda $80-100 1st. Go To Mitre 10 n purchase 2 interconnecting Bins, $6 each/ If u have the old school deep oblong (black) Recycling Bins find 2. Bog the holes on one of them, (da 1 2 b da Resaviour) n sterlise 'em with bleach ( tubs hold about 8 plants) 2. Purchase the water Pump n 1m tube ( the most expensive bit about $50-$60) 3. I would suggest the best way to learn about growing MJ is to start with some seeds in just standard potting mix(with has all the nutrients the plant will ever need)and just water regularly so that soil doesnt dry out 2 much,this is the best way to learn cause each day you will see new life on the plant and over time begin to see what a complex and Mystical plant MJ can be,My guru Dr Ed Rosenthal started this way. Dont attempt using ballasts and hydroponic equipment unless you realise the dangers associated with high output equipment,eg Ballast,reflector,HPS lamps. Peace
