General Cultivation Q&A

In my next grow I'm planning to do about four different strains in DWC buckets, but is there an easy way to deal with the different finishing times in terms of having to flush some buckets while others are still getting nutes? I can't think of an easy solution myself...

does anybody have any experiance in growing outdoors in qld?i just want to no what soil to use.ive decided to plant from seeds straight into the soil.is there anything else i need to worry about apart from location, soil and water?

Been using SB for a while now and have found that it gives you rock hard golfball sized nuggets. My question is how do I get foot long buds that are rock hard using superbud? Other than not using SB One method I have heard is to put it in after 3 weeks of flowering.....

Any one bought seeds from Eurohemp? I was thinking of spending some money on this sick seed stock by Shantibaba. Are the any other cheap, relaible links for this (Medicine Man) seed stock out there? I was quoted at $155 for ten seeds or 85 us$.

Hey guys, I have just genderd my 7 plants that I am growing in a Aeromachine. Looks like I got 5-6 males and 1 female. The males are 3 ft tall and my fem is over 2 ft. My max height I wanted my plants at harvest was 41/2 ft, Since i have turned the light down to 6 hrs the plants are now blooming. The males are growing the seed thiings and now growing floral flowers at the tops and were branches meet, and fem is growing floral flowers at top. I was at first going to put the plants back into veg stage but the plants just kept growing, (Im guessing that males arent as photosensitive as fems because the 1 fem slowed growth alot), So now i think im going to just continue…

I use bio, which is kind of a step back from organics. Anyone who knows Tick on overgrow would be aware that in the right organic soil mix you only need tap water and a few foliar feeds per ggrow to produce awesome clean buds. I am getting more and more tempted to go back to this method (it's how I began) but for 6 - 8 plants this is a lot of soil mix to deal with and be throwing out in an apartment on the second floor. I used to only grow a couple of little plants like this. Any of the OS crew grow this way? Any thoughts. I like the idea of doing away with the res and pumps, etc. Just thinking. Vazganic

OK I have $80 - $90 to Spend on seeds. Can anyone recommend a strain from AUS co or MJOZ. Im planning on growing inside, as I just moved off a farm and Only have my Computer room wardrobe space(Il take measurements tomorrow). My family know nothing about my habit and Id like to keep it that way so I need a plant that’s small, potent and has not much of a smell. Id also like to have a high yield (I know, I know, I want everything). or if possible a potent fast growing plant (Id mass grow it so no need to worry about the smell). how often do you guys do a run off test on a coco pot?And what is normal CF/EC readings ? Regards Kash

I'd just like some feedback, I'm 40 days into flowering WRhino,SK#1 and a couple of unknowns all powering!! I'm ready to start flushing, but this time i will drop the ec: ppm to 4-500 ppms.However i 've been told of this particular method. Use warm water adding only OZI TONIC witch is the brother of Monster bud.Also making sure the PH is kept 5.2-5.5.Using the OZI TONIC its completely organic.SO mix the Ozi with warm water keeping the EC ppms downto4-500ppms. Has anyone else used this method.Cheers!

I finally got a lead for my digi camera, so I thought i'd take a couple of pics of my latest grow. Both plants shown here are 4 weeks old from seed. The first one is Hindu Kush x Bronze from MJ Oz. It's showing female pre-flowers now.
