Hey stoners, Just entering week 2 of flower and was intrested in what techniques peeps use to train or tie down there girls for better light coverage. Will make a screen for scrog next time but for this one will just settle for a bit of bondage. Also how heavy handed are peeps when pruning? or is no pruning best? Regards Mr white

I am new to hydro. I germinated my big bud and white lady seeds last week. They are appro 1 inch tall so far in rockwool cubes, just starting to grow 2nd set of leaves. Just wondering when I can sex them and at what stage it's any use using a feminiser spray?? cheers

Hello everyone I am new here and would like to say Hello to everyone here on this site. I am going to begin growing ice next week . I am going to plant 5 seeds and I will be using a 250 watt Metal Halide light for veg. and then I might purchase a 250 watt HPS light for flowering. I know what to do for basically everything germinating,harvesting, etc but I am a little confused about flowering . So I have a few questions and it would be greatly appreciated if you help me out. 1)When is the earliest I will be able to put my plants into flowering if I have my light on 19/5 during veg.? 2)Is it worth buying a HPS lamp for the flowering period instead of still using the 250…

Is my grow light close enough to my seedlings?It is a 250watt.They seem to have slowed down a bit the last 3 days.

i see 1 baby has poped the rk/w and couple other about 2, should i have osc fan on em blowing direct, they in a dome likes clones, should i take it off already they under 400 HPS about 80cm away, cheers seems like the superthrive for germ(alil in the water) and alil rhizo soaked rockw cubes did good this the 5th day tho.

Hello educated ones! After suffering pain due to lack of weed for medicinal and recreational use, I've decided I might like to try growing my own. A friend has some seeds, I have no idea what strain they are tho... I have read loads of stuff on this board and am just more confused than before! -I seriously only need to grow one plant at any one time for my own use. -Needs to be grown indoors as neighbours can see over the fence from any angle! Ok Im growning in coco using, 45 liter pots, vegging for 8 weeks then throwing them outside. Currently Afghan1# and Australian blue. They are about 2 to three foot at chucking out side stage. Weather is an unknown entity but have 11-13 hours all year round here in the tropics. What yields could I hope to achive. cheers dudes

Stoney & I were comparing notes the other day and we both noted we've had some batches with badly cooked fan leaves by the end of flowering. Week 8, room temp 24-26C, 40-50% RH, Canna Flores nutes @ 1400ppm, pH 5.5-5.8. Lights are 1000W HPS. Bud weight development is ordinary but super dense, rock-hard, crystally buds anyway. All other conds right- what's wrong? Stoney noted he also uses Canna nutes. A bad batch of Canna for both of us? Any other Canna users noted this? Thanks.

OK i got a shitload of nutrients today and asked about this wierd little free pack that was to come with the Dutch master 5l bloom packs....... so he gave me some even though I purchased Canna ???? Anyone seen this stuff or looked into it seems to be some sort of twin liquid foliar feed system...?
