General Cultivation Q&A

Hi Guys and Girls, PGR's seem to be the flav...i used cyco a and b and they are great, but i must admit that my hydro store recently put me onto another cyco product called swell used in the later flower stage and no nasties(pgr's) Gave the flowers great size and then in the last week i used Cyco C just to harden the flowers and i was impressed with the results...great flowers and no pgr's, i hope people try this they will be surprised!!!...i was

that's it, they're vegging, how will i know when to start the flowering cycle?

This is my first attempt at growing so I'm rather unsure of the right steps to take and what to look out for. I've done all the basics, sterilise, pH neutral water, rhyzo and 18/6 lighting but the plants look like their growth is somewhat stunted and going downhill. I flush the water almost every day. There are two batches of plants in the dome, the bigger ones are 2 weeks older than the smaller ones. Rockwool cubes started showing signs of blackish spots so I transplanted them into new rockwool and they're leaves started to turn yellow.. Please advice on what I should do now to salvage them.

Hey guys i have a clone that i recently was given, its about 30 cms tall with about 5 set of leaves up the top (no leaves or branches all the way, only at the top) what im wondering is.. Is this girl able to be nutured back into good health im hoping to get clones off it as it was the last of the strain that he had.. What can i do to bring her back to good health and maybe get some branches going so i can clone?? Thanks alot for any info :freak:

Hi Guys , Havent posted for a while , moving and other life stuff, for one reason or another, i have got trees , all 4-5 feet, some 6 ?? been growing themm for quite a while, probably 12 weeks, having a couple of probs. just went 12 , and swappd nutes, went from canna , to the new cyco range ,a lot of new growth and the smaller growth light ,light green ??? then slowly greens up after a day or two . to all the pound per plant growers in here..is it possible to get a pound from a clone in 16weeks total? 8 week veg 8 week flower????

O.k I know the main thing a cannabis plant need is Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium, but about how much zinc, iron, and those other chemical elements should be in my fertilizer mix, depending on vegetative and fruit stage? Also I would like to know what your ph levels should look like? How much vermiculite, and perlite, should be in the soil mix, also should peat moss be mixed in? I cant remember if it made a difference. Also would a 2.5 gallon bucket be good enough for this project? I wanna get my hands on some BlueCheese, but by me living in Illinois, USA I don't know if it would actually come, or what would be a good site to buy them from, without anyone showing up …

hey guys i was just browsing through the net when i happend to come across this product called la femme! it states Sex change plant hormone. Induces a predominance of Female Flowers. Can Be used As a Foliar Spray 0r in nutrient solution LA Femme is most effective when used as a foliar spray during Flower, bud formation or just prior to change of daylength or flower induction.
