Gday everyone, I am in the process of getting organised for a SOG - I've never done a setup like this, so its all new territory for me. What are the best methods available, I'm trying to suss out whether i should buy tables to sit all the cubes/pots on, or what other options are out there. best way to water, flood, drip etc I'm setting up the large 2 door tent, approx 2.4 x 1.8 x 2.0 been a while since i've had her up - I've got a 1000w hps to go in along with a 600w under an aussie supa shade ( the one with the glass embedded) , but am considering putting in another 600w Any help you guys could give would be great, i'm heading to buy supplies for everything this…

I started off with 10 seeds (white russians possibly) and tried to start growing them out in the bush.. they did not get enough care and water and stuff and 4 of them died with 5 growing pretty slow and one nearly dead.. after 3 weeks brought them home to put in the garden and they picked up a bit of speed due to more care. They are still pretty small for 5 weeks though but i got them under a 400W HPS globe today. I currently have it on 18/6 and plan on putting them out in the bush in about 6 weeks when the hours get to 14/10 outdoors. Should i gradually bring the light down say half an hour every week or should it be fine to put themstraight out in 14/10 after 18/6 witho…

hey folks, i been around here for many years now, havnt posted alot, but this site has well and truely been the biggest help ive found in every grow ive done. some things had gone bad lately, but im back on my feet and ready to rumble again... i want to achieve 10pound yeild per grow. I was thinking SOG, just for the quick yeilds. And possibly run to waste system. Just for ease of it. I have 11 x 600w HPS light kits, so im hopeing that should be enough. Has anyone out there got any better ideas ? on style of grow or system ? Best ive achieved so far was 5lb off 8 x 600w. 19 plants. not grown SOG. first off, would it be possible to achieve 10p off 11 x 6…

wanted to know what people thort on tipping for yeald . these are photos of the plants. thy are clone 25 cm tallish leaves sprayed with nitrozime and feed auny janes superseaweed. good medium made 4 grow what i am growing

that police choppers sometimes use infrared/heat cameras to find grow rooms inside houses? One of my mates told me when I was telling him about (very) initial plans to maybe start building a grow room, or a small greenhouse or something (which I figure would be safer), and as illegal as it may seem to search a house based on heat measurements (the legality of which due to warrant-less invasion of privacy is also dubious), my mate was very adamant. Anyone else heard/read about this? Care to credit/discredit it?

are ten inch pots ok to use when growing from seed to harvest? the reason i ask is my plants seem very small. i normally use 15 inch pots and they have never takin so long to develop. i recentley read you can go as small as 6 inch.

Hey just curious does anyone else use the "Turbo Tank" technique. Turbos I have found it to be so easy and efficient. Funny thing is, I have always used a water heater in the reservoir for past grows, but when it broke a couple of months back I didn't replace it. To my amazement however my babies have still blossomed. Well. What effect does keeping the water on the roots at a consistant temperature have? I can understand it is vital in the colder months (especially where I live as the water would freeze) but in summer do I really need to be wasting electricity keeping the water warm? Hmm Thanks

Hi people,look ive got sum outdoor potted bud goin think it shuld b ready in bout 3 to 4 weeks as light hours r getting longer i am keeping them to a 8hr light/16hrs dark cycle ,i was wondering if giving them arond a 40 hr dark spell a couple of times between now and wen i harvest (3 to 5 weeks maybe) wuld be benificial to final product....(havnt had alot of winter luck but doin well this time out ) thnx
